Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding the availing of the Electronic Contract Note “ECN” facility being provided by Indiabulls Ventures Limited (Formerly Indiabulls Securities Limited)(herein referred to as “IVL”) to its clients. I/We affirm that I/we are a party to the Member–Client Agreement with IVL. IVL has offered and/or proposed to offer the issuance of ECN in a digitally signed format. I/We are desirous of availing this facility and in furtherance of the same, hereby grant my/our consent and affirmation to IVL to issue and send ECN to my/our E-mail address. I/We acknowledge and grant my/our consent to IVL for providing the ECN facility on the following terms and conditions: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. I/We acknowledge and agree that non-receipt of bounced mail notification by IVL shall amount to delivery of the Contract Note at my/our E-mail address. I/We confirm and agree that I/we will acknowledge the Contract Note so issued/sent via electronic communication at my/our E-mail address without changing the subject line within 48 hours of the receipt of the ECN. In case I/we do not/does not acknowledge the ECN by sending a reply mail within the stipulated time provided by IVL, the same shall be deemed to have been acknowledged. I/We undertake that it shall be my/our sole responsibility to verify that the ECNs contain details of Order Number, Trade Number, Trade Time, Trade Price, Trade Quantity, Name of Security, Client Code and display the Brokerage Charges separately. In case there is any discrepancy in the ECN, I/we shall inform IVL of the same within 48 hours of the receipt of the ECN by replying to the E-mail: [email protected] or to Customer Care at the above mentioned address. In case I/we do not inform and get the discrepancies corrected the same shall be deemed to have been accepted and will be binding upon me/us. However, IVL in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to determine the validity of any objection to the transaction, even though the objection is received after the expiry of stipulated time. I/We acknowledge that in case the ECN has not been delivered to me/us or has been rejected (bouncing of mails) by the E-mail address, IVL shall send a physical Contract Note within 24 working hours of the bouncing of the mail. However, the non-receipt of the bounced mail notification by IVL shall amount to delivery of the contract note. I/We undertake that it shall be my/our responsibility to inform Indiabulls about any change in my/our Contact Details (E-mail ID, Mobile No. or Phone No.s etc) through a written request letter or by logging to my Indiabulls Online Account at https://trade.indiabulls.com sign my User ID & Password. I/We affirm that IVL shall not be responsible for the nonreceipt of the ECN due to any change in my/our E-mail address and if the same is not intimated by me/us to IVL and that IVL shall not take cognizance of out-of-office/out-of-station auto replies and I/we shall be deemed to have received such ECN. I/We hereby affirm that IVL does not require and shall not send hard copies of the Contract Notes at my/our designated address. I/We understand & acknowledge that IVL will start sending ECN only after I/we have authenticated/confirmed my/our E-mail ID. I/We declare and acknowledge my/our consent to abide by the above terms and conditions for availing ECN facilities.
