construction and real estate company in Turkey
has signed a contract for Mechanical Design
services with Grontmij Turkey in colloboration
with Grontmij England.
Maltepe project is a profit partnership
investment with İller Bankası and
is based on Maltepe district of İstanbul. Project
includes a Mall, Offices, Residences and a
Mosque.
LEED Gold certificate is aimed in this project..
The whole complex consists of office spaces
with an area of 45000 m², residential units with
an area of 0000m², one shopping mall with an
area of 90000m² and a carpark with an area of
100000m² and a mosque with an area of
2000m².
