How to win CEOs and CFOs for successful change
Welcome to the 2nd CHRO-Talk for Chief Human Resources Officers of largeand mid-sized companies in Switzerland.
Benno Marbach
This CHRO-Talk focuses on how to get the support from the Chief Executive
Officer and the Chief Financial Officer to initiate and implement sustainable
change in the organization – from structural changes to behavioral and strategic innovations triggered by the Head of HR.
Learn from experienced change-agents how they won in their role as Chief
HR Officer the buy-in from the CEO and CFO for significant and relevant
change in their respective organization. In addition, gain a holistic perspective on how to manage change from an internationally acclaimed thoughtleader in this area. Last but not least, cross-fertilize and share your thinking
on successful change with other CHROs, CEOs and CFOs at the CHRO-Talk.
We look forward to seeing you on June 26 in Zurich.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Schoss
