A Guide on How to Sign-in to the CHA Web-Portal Step 1: Go to www.cha.org.sg Key in the email address you registered with the Alumni and the password you chose when signing up (for online applications only) Tip: Members who signed-up before 1 Jan 2009, or those who have yet to sign-in, please proceed to the subsequent slides. Request for Your Password Request for a password by keying in the email address that you registered with the Alumni Tip: Can’t remember which email address you signed up with? Retrieve Your Password If your email is registered with the system, you will receive this confirmation message. Please retrieve your new password and proceed to sign-in. Tip: If you still encounter difficulties, don’t panic. There may have been some typo errors in digitising your data. Simply send an email to [email protected] with your Name, NRIC and Year of Graduation, and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours. Congratulations! Quick, convenient and information is immediately captured. Step 2: The Assembly Area: To view and update your personal particulars, go to the “ASSEMBLY” area, and click on “ALL ABOUT ME”. Editing your Profile To update your personal particulars, please mouse over “EDIT”. To upload or change your image, select “update your image”. Your Username Shouldn’t be Your Email. Your user name is displayed when your buddy sends you an email. If you wish to change your user name, do use the <<First name lastName>>, <<Family name Chinese name>> format or any other combination you prefer. Please refrain from using nicknames or pet names as user names. Note that the user name is unique and there can be no 2 similar names within the entire Database. Tip: User names should not contain special characters. Passwords should be at least 6 characters, and must also not contain special characters or spaces.
