currently writes for The Post And Courier in Charleston, SC, as well

Moderator: Todd Kliman, Washingtonian - Todd Kliman is Food and Wine
Editor of The Washingtonian and also the magazine's food critic. He was
previously the food columnist for The Washington City Paper, where he
won a prestigious James Beard Foundation Award in 2005 for the country's
best newspaper column.
His writing has appeared in The New Yorker, Harper's, National
Geographic Traveler, The Washington Post Magazine, and The Oxford
American, among others, and spans a gamut of subjects -- from punk rock to
corporate thuggery, from media barons to young gang members

Street. Lucca was quickly hailed as “Charleston’s Best

o Owner of ALDEA restaurant in New York; In its debut
year, ALDEA was named one of the ten best restaurants to

o Writes a monthly column, “United Tastes,” for the New

Moderator: Charlotte Voisey Company Mixologist with William Grant &
Sons, was recognized by the James Beard Foundation in 2009 for her

Oriental, Las Vegas, FIG and Fairmont, Santa Monica, The Dorchester Hotel
