Seven experts from the newly formed Commercial Professional Resources (CPR) of
Michigan will answer this question at their premier educational panel and offer
graduates state-approved continuing education credits
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mi. (April 22, 2014) – Experts from seven diverse fields of
commercial real estate have joined forces to form Commercial Professional Resources
(CPR) of Michigan and offer educational panel discussions that help individuals and
businesses facilitate commercial real estate transactions. These fields include title,
consulting, engineering and survey, appraisal, architecture, environmental, and
accounting.
CPR of Michigan’s premier course is May 15, 3-5 pm, at UHY LLC in Farmington Hills.
Using an educational panel format, the team of experts will share actual field experience
to help attendees avoid common mistakes, such as:

Starting construction before recording the mortgage

Title commitment does not match purchased property

Investment without consideration of future business-tenant needs

Unevaluated environmental condition of neighboring properties and utility
infrastructure

Ignoring environmental due diligence and site and migration issues

