Club & Travel is an Authorised Ticket Reseller for POLAND based on the agreement signed by The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Ltd and Polish Olympic Committee. We are pleased to inform you about our tickets sales conditions REQUEST / TERMS and CONDITIONS for the OLYMPIC TICKETS PURCHASE If you would like to order any tickets for Olympic Games LONDON 2012, you need to fill out the special REQUEST FORM (FORMULARZ ZAMÓWIENIA) which You will find on the website www.clubandtravel.pl 1. Confirmation of tickets will be sent within maximum 3 after receiving the order by Club & Travel. 2. Tickets should be requested ONLY using this SPECIAL REQUEST FORM. 3. All orders will be confirmed based on the rules: "first come, first serve". 4. There is possible to purchase 4 tickets per session per each request form. Please NOT to PAY any amount untill You will receive your order's confirmation. NO PERSONAL DATA of ALL tickets holders is REQUIRED by ordering process but Club & Travel reserves the right to ask for personal information of all persons using the Olympic tickets. OLYMPIC EVENTS SCHEDULE Details of all events schedule you can find on the official LONDON 2022 website: http://www.london2012.com/olympic-schedule PRICES All prices are including of 20% fee per ticket and capped at 40 GBP per ticket. PAYMENT Payment for confirmed tickets should be made 7 day after the official confirmation sent by C&T to the Purchaser. If payment is made via credit card – we will add 1,5% transaction fee. PICK UP of TICKEST at the C&T office All tickets can be pick up personally in our office – JUNE/JULY 2012 without any additional fee. DELIVERY to the PRUCHASER If You would like to arrange delivery of confirmed tickets, Club & Travel will add following additional costs per package: 1/ DOMESTIC delivery by courier within Poland territory: 10 GBP / per package. 2/ OUTSIDE POLAND ( delivery by courier DHL outsider Poland territory): 70 -80 GBP / per package.
