product. The display will be provided for $

store. In return, the store agrees to abide by the following terms of this offer:

1. Minimum opening order to receive program benefits is $961.88.
2. Agreement in effect throughout the calendar year.
3. This agreement includes all everyday Avanti products as indicated by the
program type.
4. Exchanged product, for program customers only, must be accompanied with an
order of equal or greater value for replacement product. Seasonal product must
be returned to Avanti Press, Inc. at the retailer’s expense by the return deadlines
(Fall due Feb. 15; Spring due July 15). Return issued as credit against future
purchase only. No credit will be issued for seasons past.
5. Refunds for returned product and credits will not be given.
6. Discounts, extended dating, free freight, and exchange privileges are contingent
upon timely payments of Avanti Press invoices.
7. Avanti Press, Inc. retains open to buy status.
8. Avanti Press, Inc. reserves the right to:
a. Adjust product prices
b. Require COD shipment terms (if considered necessary)
c. Cancel this agreement, by written notice to the retailer and charge back all
freight charges, discounts and rebates from the date of this agreement.
9. Escrow Accounts must have a zero balance before transfer of ownership. Avanti
reserves the right to evaluate individual circumstances.
I agree that Avanti may charge up to the legally allowable rate
of interest on delinquent accounts. If collection is necessary, my
company will be held responsible for all costs incurred. 1.5% per month interest may
be charged on delinquent invoices.
I agree to all the above terms. I authorize all named references to reveal requested
information to the Credit Department of Avanti Press, Inc. for purposes of establishing
trade credit. I understand that my account credit status may be reported to national
credit monitoring companies and/or manufacturer’s credit associations.

If the above criteria are not met, the customer will be charged, and agrees to pay a
display fee based on display used, not to exceed $250.00. The display fee will be
charged to help Avanti recover its cost.
This Agreement does not obligate Avanti to accept any order from the customer, or
to grant credit for store purchases. Failure to abide by the terms above will result in
termination of the Agreement by Avanti Press, Inc.
