HOW TO USE THE TDI Sign on the internet first. Then Double click on the Verafast shortcut on your desktop. 1 4/22/09 The first box you will see will be a enter your CRS id, this is your verifier number. Now you will click on Login. 2 If there is no campaign listed, please call ext 3100. Click on go Available 3 4/22/09 Pick up your phone and say hello 4/22/09 Customer info Click here or below to get to the next screen Continue with the call depending on the customer’s responses. 4/22/09 Always verify the customer address 4/22/09 Change address box 4/22/09 Release Audio Button First, hit the Release Audio button to end the call, but DO NOT hang up your phone. Code the call and also enter the first name of the person you spoke to. If the customer wishes to be placed on the Do Not Call list, click the appropriate button 4/22/09 Do not call Update Record Click on Update record to take you to the next call 4/22/09 No Apartment Box Added to the TeleDirect Projects If you are calling a YOR Primary Contact or YOR New Mover First Contact project on the TeleDirect Predictive Dialer system, you will now be seeing a new box labeled “ No Apartment” on the last screen where you code out the record. If you put a check in the “ No Apartment “ box, the comment “ NO APT # “ will automatically be entered in the “ Comments “ field for that record. In addition, once a project has been updated with the “ No Apartment” box, you will also find that if you code a record 13A-Wrong Number, 15A-No English, or 15H- Hung Up, the corresponding comment “WN” ( on code 13A), “DSE” (on code 15A) or “ H/UP “(on code 15H) will automatically be entered in the “Comments” field for that record. Lastly, on these updated projects, if you select “Do Not Call” from the drop - down box, the comment “DNC” will automatically be entered into the “Comments” field. These automated comments will only be added once the “Update Record” button has been selected. In the future, similar additions will be made to other projects on the TeleDirect system. This does not apply to work called on the VVS System or the Touch Star systems.
