SEMINAR POLICY
AVAILABILITY: KIK Consulting & Educational Ser vices, LLC limits the num ber of participants at it’s
events to twenty-five. Seating is not crowded and consultation & m entoring between participants is
highly encouraged. Private consultation, arranged in advance, can be scheduled in a separate room
prior to or after the Sem inar days, depending on availability.
PAYMENT POLICY: All registration fees m ust be paid in US Dollars. Full paym ent m ust be m ade prior to
attendance at the sem inar. It is policy that only U.S. governm ent em ployees m ay subm it training
authorization form s in lieu of pre-paym ent. The Tax ID Number that you should use is 26-0095878.
CONFIRMATION: Your registration confirmation will be sent via em ail within 5 business days of
registration. All registrations received at least 5 days prior to the first day of the sem inar will be
confirm ed by em ail, along with a credit card receipt if requested. Registrations received after that date
will not necessarily be confirm ed by em ail; in this case you m ay pick up your receipt at the sem inar or
request the receipt via em ail. Sem inar m aterials will be available for pick up on site.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel for any reason, you m ust notify us in writing and it
m ust be postm arked or received within the tim e fram es defined in this paragraph. Substitutions m ay be
m ade at any tim e. Cancellations received less than 35 days prior to the first day of the sem inar (or
December 18 th, 2006) will be subject to a $500 cancellation charge. Cancellations received less than 2
weeks prior to the first day of the sem inar (or January 8, 2007) will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel are liable for the entire registration fee.
