Why renew your Select certification /
SMB Specialization?
To continue enjoying the Select branding and incentives
(e.g. OIP, PDF)
What does renewal consist of?
A simple confirmation that the individuals who hold the 2 required
valid roles (Account Manager, Engineer) are still in employment
*If you achieved Select Certification before 1 Aug 07 and have not taken SBCS exams, the
Account Manager will need to complete the SBCS exam (650-173 SBCSAM) and Engineer to
complete SBCS Exam (EN 650-178 SBCSEN).
How long does it take?
It should take around 10 mins to submit the Select cert / SMB
Specialization, if then roles are still valid.
To receive confirmation of renewal takes 48 hours

Allow 3-5 business days for electronic certificates and
6-8 weeks from the date the certificate was mailed for
printed certificates.
