Worksite access conditions
Suppliers and their motor vehicles participating in completion of the Mochovce NPP Units 3 & 4 (SE-MO34) can
access the premises:

1. Based on a ﬁ lled-in and approved application for temporary entrance permit for persons with a document proving
completion of training in order to perform works resulting
from a contract.
Ear plugs
2. Based on a ﬁlled-in and approved application for drivingin a contractor’s vehicle with an enclosed copy of the certiﬁcate of roadworthiness.

3. Request shall be submitted by a person appointed for
processing the entrance permits in SE-MO34 (Administrative zone, building K II, ground ﬂoor, room No. 3).

4. Time for processing the request is max. 5 days from the
day of delivery of the request to the entrance permit
ofﬁce.

5. Persons requesting permit are photographed in order to
issue the entrance card in the premises of the Permit Issue Dept. (Administrative zone, building K II, ground ﬂoor,
room No. 3), but only after processing the application.
6. Entering person shall conﬁ rm takeover of the temporary
entrance permit for a „CONTRACTOR“ by the signature
when taking the card over.
7. Validity of the temporary entrance permit for a supplier is
limited by validity of the training and particularly
a) 1 year for a supplier’s employee;
b) 6 months for a supplier’s supervising employee;
c) if the period deﬁned in contract is shorter than
in the letters a), b), the temporary permit would be
valid only till the end of the contracted period.
8. If the entrance permit ID card is lost or damaged, the new
ID card will be issued only after ﬁ lling and approval of ID
card lost report and payment of 20 € by a person who
took the ID card over.
