Tax FS Intrapreneurs from our Tax service line advise clients on a wide range of Tax issues, for example: ►► Analyzing international and cross-border tax implications for expansion into new markets (e.g., tax treaties, mergers and acquisitions). ►► Implementing improved tax controls and risk management. ►► Assessing corporation, sales and property, shares and loan tax implications. ►► Assessing employee, payroll and employee reward tax implications. Ernst & Young Assurance | Tax | Transactions | Advisory Advisory FS Intrapreneurs from our Advisory service line assist our clients transform and sustain improved business performance and risk management and will have experience in areas such as: ►► Guiding actuarial transformation, actuarial review, actuarial operations, changes to financial reporting methods and performance. ►► Providing insight on performance improvement, opportunities for revenue growth and effective management oversight to increase stakeholder value. ►► Improving the integration of risk management practices within operations; analyzing regulatory, compliance risk, credit risk and operational risk and liquidity risk. ►► Assessing IT enterprise resourcing, information security, information management and process analytics, IT risk and controls.
