(Use the designated registration form.) *5 Auditing is only permitted for students in the Graduate School of Accountancy, Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies, and Graduate School of Finance, Accounting and Law. All auditors must have full-time work experience of 3 years or more. These courses require submission of your Resume (経歴書) written on the format designated by the Graduate School of Commerce, in addition to "Application Form for Courses Offered by Other Graduate Schools" (他研究科設置科目登録願). The Graduate School of Commerce courses indicated on the "List of the Registerable Courses" (他研究科聴講可能科目一覧) and posted on the Open Education Center homepage are exclusively for the MA Program. 2.Registration Method Please complete the following procedures within the applicable course registration period. (1) Obtain the "Application Form for Courses Offered by Other Graduate Schools /Application Form for Common Courses Among Different Graduate Schools " (他研究科設置科目 登録願・大学院共通設置科目登録願) (Hereinafter referred to as "Registration Request") from the Office of your Graduate School. (2) Fill out the "Registration Request" and obtain a seal of approval from your research/academic supervisor. (3) After obtaining a seal of approval on the "Registration Request" from the Office of your Graduate School, submit it to the Office of the Graduate School where the course is offered. (Those who obtained approvals of your supervisor & home graduate school office during the First (Spring) Semester registration period for Fall semester courses and did not submit the Registration Request(s) (for the Fall courses) to offices of graduate schools offering them must submit the Registration Request(s) to them.) (4) Check the course registration results, which are due on the day of the "Announcement Dates for Registration Results" listed above, on the bulletin board of your Graduate School or the "course registration" screen on Weseda-net Portal, etc. 3.Notes (1) In principle, auditing is only allowed in lecture courses. (For details, please refer to the List of the Registerable Courses (他研究科聴講可能科目一覧) on the Open Education Center website from the URL shown below.) 【http://open-waseda.jp/g_school/syllabus/】 (2) If your graduate school is not offering course registration for Fall Semester and you would like to register for a course, you may present your Application for Courses of Other Graduate School Offered form (他研究科設置科目登録願・大学院共通設置科目登録願) from the prior Spring Semester to the graduate school offering the course according to the registration schedule above. (3) Requests to audit courses at other Graduate Schools may be subject to rejection as a result of document screening or drawing processes. (4) Upon registration, the possibility does exist that some courses on the List of the Registerable Courses (他研究科聴講可能科目一覧) may have closed due to having reached classroom capacity.
