REFLECTIONS ON FREEDOM

We the people, of the United States of America, would like
to exercise our God given rights ensured and protected by
the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and invoke the first
amendment at this time. Freedom of speech, press; and the
right to petition ensures us, the citizens of this great
country, our right to be heard.
In these strange times, when our fourth amendment rights
are null and void because of something called a “Patriot
Act”, President Bush has stated that preemptive war is a
“path to peace”. Congress has given the executive branch
the power to declare war, and yet our president claims he's
not a dictator. In fact, President Bush believes “it would
be much easier if (he) was.” It is clear that we have
executive branch leadership bent on consolidating power.
This has not changed with current president elect Obama,
who believes in disarming America's citizens. It is time to
start asking questions and demanding answers.
You, our elected representatives, as congressmen Ron Paul
stated, “have borrowed 10 billion dollars from the
communist regime in China, you handed it over to Musharraf,
who's a military dictator that overthrew an elected
government”, and you expect us to trust you while you call
us “kooks” for asking questions? The mainstream media has
stated repeatedly that anyone questioning the government
should be taken to “camps”, only to turn around and say
there are no concentration camps, and anyone who says that
there is, is crazy. So I ask, “Who are the crazy ones?” Are
we seeing a pattern here?

Policing the world has ruined our foreign policy, infringed
on our civil liberties, and left a gaping hole in our
national security. We have killed over one million Iraqi
civilians only to dishonor them by completely blacking out
this fact on all the mainstream media outlets.
The mainstream news will only report on the number of
Iraqis killed once or twice, because they understand that
sensational stories are more important “news” and vital to
our national sovereignty. We believe that these statistics
are unto themselves sensational and deserve media
attention. However, media heads that spend billions of
dollars to convince you that they are fair and balanced
will attack anyone that questions the establishment.
We believe in living in a free society. The shackles of
oppression were unlocked once before with the Constitution.
The keys to freedom were forged by our founding fathers to
open the chains of tyranny and ensure future generations
the gifts of peace and prosperity.
As inforwarriors, we are champions of the Constitution.
Protecting the Constitution, as she has protected us, we
will rightly defend her against ALL enemies, foreign and
domestic.
We are not evil conspirators or enemy combatants. We are
not domestic terrorists. We are concerned citizens with
respect for history and have heeded our founding fathers
warnings against tyrannical governments.
This revolution, like the first American Revolution, will
not be forgotten. We are the humble children of history
rocking the cradle of liberty, watching over her, forever
vigilant. May god bless us and guide us, giving us the
strength and the wisdom to discern friend from foe, freedom
from fascism.

UNDERSTANDING EMOTION
Like any warrior, the infowarrior must train the mind to be
able to see clearly the path that must be taken. To take
that next step, the warrior must begin by recognizing his
or her own weaknesses and strengths, so that those same
attributes may be understood in other people. This
knowledge of self transcends time, and was understood by
ancient warriors and masterminds. Thus, we look into the
past to better understand our future.
Sun Tzu, one of history’s greatest military minds, lived
approximately 2000 years ago and is regarded as one of the
greatest strategists of all time. In his treatise on
leadership and strategy called, the Ping Fa or the “Art of
War“, he teaches us about the five human weaknesses he
referred to as “the five fatal flaws.”
The five fatal flaws include anger, giving in to fear,
arrogance, concern over losing face, and being overly
sympathetic. Each are common human emotions and defense
mechanisms. Because they are so common, skilled leaders
like Sun Tzu, learned to harness the power of these to the
benefit of their followers and to the detriment of their
enemies.

is also known as the five feelings or five emotions. You
can also think of them as the dominating aspects of the
personality. Each emotion is neither positive or negative
unto itself. It is an expression of human energy that can
be steered in either positive or negative directions.

Your emotional state can be with you or against you. The
easy solution is to NEVER relinquish psychological control
to others. If you are worried about what someone else
thinks of what you said or how you said it, you doubt
yourself. Doubt is the beginning of defeat.

When we let people push our emotional buttons we are giving
them control over how we feel. The fact is that YOU choose
how you think and feel. You decide to be happy, or sad, or
angry, or envious, and these choices are always based on
our distorted and biased interpretations of what we believe
other people are thinking. If we think someone is critical
of us we become worried (fear). If we think others are in
favor of the ideas we have expressed we are excited and
proud (vanity). If we believe someone begrudges us, we
become enraged (anger). With the rest of the world
determining how you feel, it becomes very difficult to
complete the path to self improvement.
Daniel Goldman, in Emotional Intelligence (1994) tells a
story that encapsulates the way that your emotions dictate
your reality.
"A belligerent samurai, an old Japanese tale goes, once
challenged a Zen master to explain the concept of heaven
and hell. But the monk replied with scorn, "You're nothing
but a lout-I can't waste my time with the likes of you!"
His very honor attacked, the samurai flew into a rage and,
pulling his sword from his scabbard, yelled," I could kill
you for your impertinence!"
"That," the monk calmly replied, "is hell.
"Startled at seeing the truth in what the master pointed
out about the fury that had him in his grip, the samurai
calmed down, sheathed his sword, and bowed, thanking the
monk for the insight.
"And that," said the monk, "is heaven."
The sudden awakening of the samurai to his own agitated
state illustrates the crucial difference between being
caught up in a feeling and becoming aware that you are
being swept away by it. Socrates injunction "Know thyself"
speaks to this keystone of emotional intelligence:
awareness of one's own feelings as they occur. (pg.46)

IN SUMMARY
The first step to becoming an effective infowarrior is
knowledge of self. Learn to control your feelings and rid
yourself of inappropriate emotional responses. So often
there exists a substantial difference between what we want
to feel and believe and what is real. People make the
mistake of getting so caught up in what they want to see,
that they blind themselves from what is really there. This
reflects the ancient saying from eastern philosophy, “The
unenlightened see only what they want to see.”

MENTAL FILTERS
“If you would perfect your body, guard your mind.”
James Allen (1864 - 1912)
Here are some of the mental filters that “protect” the
observer from what is really there:
1-Your eyes are not cameras that record everything you see.
Not even close. Contrary to what you may believe, your eyes
do not see at all. Your brain does. Your eyes take an image
and "disassemble" that image into manageable data. That
information is then passed into the brain in the form of
electrical impulses, in an attempt to translate to the
brain the images details (size, shape, color, association
with "seemingly familiar images” etc.) Once the information
gets to your brain, it is reassembled. During this
complicated process the untrained "filtered mind" loses and
distorts data. The opposite of this could be compared to
Neo in the Matrix after he is shot and killed by Agent
Smith. He is then "born again" into the true unfiltered
reality or the “real world”. The fact of the matter is,
your vision is flawed by its very nature. By understanding
the information gathering process the eyes undergo, brings
about an entirely new perspective consequently giving rise
to a conscious awareness of what we see and exactly how we
see it.
2- Beyond the information gathering process, consider
physical defects in the senses, including imperfect vision,
color blindness, impaired hearing etc.
3-Defects in the brain, mental illness, chemical
imbalances, natural or self induced, actual brain damage
from accident or injury.

4-Strong emotions can distort reality worse than physical
defects. These are often the result of chemical imbalances
and the undisciplined mind.
5-Socially imposed coercive methodologies, peer pressure,
group think and religious and social taboos, including but
not limited to:

Implanting false memories through suggestion and other
means of manipulation
Scientific mind control
Manipulation and programming of defense mechanisms
o Disassociation: “Disconnecting” from the real
world and placing oneself in a more palatable
version of reality. Your “happy place”.
o Avoidance:
Trying to change the subject from
unpleasant thoughts to more pleasant ones.
o False Rationalizations:
Changing one’s thoughts
and feelings as reality changes by creating false
explanations about events. “I just tell myself
<insert rationalization here>, and I feel better”.
o Projection: placing responsibility for one’s
thoughts and/or actions on another person.
o Reaction formation: converting extreme positive or
negative feelings into their opposite due to the
inability to express those feelings as they are.
Acting overly happy when you are very mad.
o Repression: the blocking of unpleasant feelings or
thoughts from a person’s mind. Burying memories.
o Displacement: taking feelings or thoughts directed
at one thing out on another. Beating your child
because you are mad at the boss.
o Sublimation: Acting on inappropriate impulses in
more appropriate ways. Making light of a bad
situation. Exercising in the place of excessive
unwanted sexual behavior.
o Compensation: Counterbalancing perceived
weaknesses with perceived strengths in other areas
of life.
o Regression: Reverting to an earlier stage of
development. Engaging in childlike behavior.
o Denial: the refusal to accept reality by
pretending that it does not exist.

Being overly optimistic by downplaying a problem
and “looking at the bright side”, the opposite of
this would be extreme pessimism, that is,
“focusing on the negative”
ƒ Keep in mind that defense mechanisms occur
naturally in the human mind and are there to
protect you. Some are more positive and some
are more negative. Also, they can be
manipulated by those who have the knowhow.
Therefore you must understand yourself better
than those who would seek to control you.
Racism

The “single truth mind”: demonstrates the idea that
most people focus on a part of the problem, and
believe that it "is" the problem (narrow mindedness).
They do not see the bigger picture.
6- Belief, essentially a creative mix of all mental
filters. Belief is without a doubt the most powerful of all
mental filters and mind control methods. Belief is
EVERYTHING. The power of belief is precisely what
constitutes reality for the individual and group. The sum
product of all systems of control and mental filters is the
power of belief and the time invested in those beliefs.

IN SUMMARY
Reality is there for you to perceive it. If you make up
your mind that you cannot perceive reality unfiltered, then
you have just created your own reality. “Your reality” is a
matter of perspective. The true reality is a matter of
awareness and perception. There are three ways in which a
person is seen, the way they see themselves, the way other
people see them, and the way they really are! The same
holds true with the world around you. There is the way you
see it, others see it, and how it really is!

CONCLUSION
The path to self improvement is a long hard journey. Like
any journey, the hardest part is walking out the front
door. Once you commit to the first step, the rest is easy,
you're on your way. Now it is just a matter of patience and
perseverance.
You must discipline your self to monitor your thoughts and
feelings ALL THE TIME. Physical training is easy (a couple
hours per day), but mental training is tougher still
(constant). To truly unlock the potential of that ten
percent of your brain that so many of us do not use as
effectively as we would like to, requires constant training
and introspection. If you master the mind, you will also
unlock the potential of the human spirit and receive the
gift of teaching others. This is the last step in mastering
what you have learned, imparting the knowledge onto
another. If you can teach it, that means you know it.
Remember, the unclouded mind is powerful. If you rid your
mind of psychological hindrances and mental filters, you
can do anything you want. Martial artists use the concept
of “no mind”. This can be compared to an athlete that is
“in the zone”. Time slows down, you get tunnel vision, and
often your actions are executed flawlessly while the rest
of the world refers to what just happened as a “great
play”, “a great knockout” or a “riveting and powerful
speech”. Bruce Lee said your training is meant to be
forgotten. Do not get caught up thinking and over analyzing
to much. Maintain your training and when the time for
action arrives, have confidence in what you know, who you
are, and meet reality head on! This is the way of the
warrior.

PLANTING SEEDS AND PERSUASION

PERSUASION
The art of persuasion, like any art, begins with an inner
vision, it begins with purpose. Our ultimate goal is to
relate our message as effectively and efficiently to as
many people as quick as possible. In order to do this, we
must understand the art of persuasion and the techniques of
the professional salesmen.

HOW TO RELATE AND PERSUADE
1-Use talking points (package your ideas)
2-Find common ground and relate to the persons interests
(gas prices, taxes, ending the war, etc)
3-Ask the right questions (Use the Socratic Method to
teach. Lead with questions. Keep the questions one sentence
in length and as short as possible. Questions require
answers and answers require people to think!)
4-Listen more to better communicate (skeptics who are
misinformed will often talk themselves into circles, when
they get “dizzy”, “straighten them out”)
5-Flex your personality muscles a bit! (be confident, be
animated, and do not be afraid to crack a joke or two, poke
fun of yourself, after all, “ A wise man mixes just a
little folly with his wisdom”.)
6-Always, always use empathy
7-Use body language with open gestures. Express yourself.
Be confident. Use head nods giving yes confirmations and
animated facial expressions when appropriate. Remember that
non-verbal communication is at least half of your message.
The trick is to be upbeat and enthusiastic. This way, your
body language will manifest naturally so it does not appear
to be forced and over calculated. If you use it in
combination with what you've learned so far, you should be
in good shape.

WHAT NOT TO DO WHEN PERSUADING
1-Never attack the person. Attack the argument and help the
other person to understand how he has been misinformed.
Attack his position. (Most people just argue to prove
themselves rather than a valid point.)
2-Do not become visibly angry. Concerned and dramatic will
grab people’s attention faster than anger.
3-NEVER debate a topic you are not prepared to talk about.
It will ruin your credibility and cast doubt on everything
you have said. Just be honest and say, “I'll have to look
into that”. At this point you should redirect the
conversation and seek common ground. Summarize the facts
you have already presented and move forward with your
message.

PERSUASION SUMMARY
Who drives the conversation and frames the debate? The
person asking the questions! Respondents cannot very well
advance their position if they are occupied by the need to
address a barrage of oncoming inquiries. It is hard to
persuade when you are surrounded by a series of tough
questions. This is why I recommend the Socratic method of
teaching/persuasion.
Remember to package your ideas into talking points, save
room for listening and harness the power of empathy.
Finding common ground is often the best way to form a good
dialog. Do not forget to listen. Use body language with
open gestures and wield the power of confidence above all
else.

SELLING AN IDEA
“Everyone who was ever a guest of Theodore Roosevelt was
astonished at the range and diversity of his knowledge. Whether
his visitor was a cowboy or a Rough Rider, a New York politician
or a diplomat, Roosevelt knew what to say. And how was it done?
The answer was simple. Whenever Roosevelt expected a visitor, he
sat up late the night before, reading up on the subject in which
he knew his guest was particularly interested.
For Roosevelt knew, as all leaders know, that the royal road to
a person’s heart is to talk about the things he or she treasures
most."(pg. 94)
Dale Carnegie, How to win friends and influence people
The techniques of the salesmen vary from person to person.
Some use pressure sales tactics and manipulation to get
people to impulsively buy something they don't really need.
Even though they buy the product they often walk away
feeling like they have been bullied into buying something.
They feel as if they have been hustled. What we will focus
on are the techniques of the “good guy” salesmen.
A good salesman knows four things and they go as follows:
1-Product knowledge (Documentation, they are well
researched and they are a river of information)
2-How to listen in order to qualify the customer
3-Practices empathy (Empathy is everything. If people feel
you understand them and you show sympathy, they will be
open to almost anything you say)
4-*Confidence (before, during, and after)

The same techniques apply to the infowarrior. Instead of
selling a product, you are selling an idea. Product
knowledge is the foundation of every good salesperson. Make
sure you are well researched and provide documentation to
back-up your claims.
Letting the customer vent their ideas and frustrations
allows them to do 80 percent of the talking. That is
exactly what you want. So actively listen in order to
further qualify and make sure you lead them with questions
like you learned previously. For example, by actively
listening you have learned that the person you are talking
to is upset about gas prices, and they are against the Iraq
war. Now ask them if they have ever heard of Halliburton.
Ask them if they have ever heard of Ron Paul and his
position regarding the war. Ask them if they have ever
compared the voting records of the candidates to what they
are telling us. Then tell them to compare Ron Paul's voting
record to the other candidates. At this point, smile in
silence! Let them respond.
Bypassing any defense mechanisms that would otherwise
hinder your message is the result of the proper use of
empathy. Empathy allows you to gain the persons trust. This
is the final step in selling someone an idea. Trust.
Confidence is everything. It will not matter how much
information you have acquired, how well you listen or how
nice and empathetic you are if you lack confidence. Much of
your confidence should come from knowing that you are
telling the truth and doing the right thing. The rest will
come with experience. Learning by doing his the best
confidence builder. Take action!!

As you spread the message of the infowarrior, know that not
everyone who you speak to will concede your points right
away. Remember, people in general have a vast array of
defense mechanisms that hinder them from perceiving
reality. You must have some varied communication approaches
to interact with different kinds of people.

COMMUNICATION APPROACHES
1-Subtle approach (incrementally introduce them to the
truth, cutting at the edges ploy)

2-Straight forward approach (Make sure you come across as
genuine, maintain good eye contact, and repeat the phrase,
"Don't believe me, look it up for yourself)
*Works well for strangers

3-Beat them over the head with it! (Shock treatment! Give
them all the gory details. They may not believe you now,
but they'll never forget it.)
*This is kind of a last resort when nothing else works! It
also works well with people that are really open minded,
eccentric, superstitious, or that have a taste for the
drama.

CONCLUSION
Planting seeds is what the infowar is all about. What we
must come to realize is that not everyone is going to wake
up right away to our message. Some seeds will grow into
mighty oak trees over night. Some people need little
convincing, while others need to weather the coming storm
on their own before they blossom. Either way, the more
seeds you plant, the better the harvest.
The enemy’s tactics are to plant seeds of doubt. They sow
the seeds of division and disinformation with scientific
precision. We sow the seeds of unity and truth with equal
precision. We plant the seeds of freedom in the garden of
liberty, left unattended thus becoming a wasteland of over
grown weeds and suffocating vines with a strangle hold on
the remaining vegetation that bares little, if any fruit. A
barren landscape of dry dirt and scorched earth is their
vision for the future. This is what they would allow to
come to fruition. If we want to take this country back, we
have to tend to this “garden” of ours in a collaborated
effort to plant as many seeds as we possibly can, as fast
as we can. Many of these seeds will not grow until the
quiet storm's torrential downpour has quenched their
parched intellect. As the quiet storm approaches, they will
remain blissfully ignorant. Sometimes the hard headed have
to feel it, to believe it. Do not waste your time with
these people. Plant the seed and move on. They will wake up
when they literally have no other choice.
Plant your seeds and be prepared to walk away without
looking back. Never waste your time with any one seed.

1947 National Security Act
Allows for limited congressional oversight regarding the
activity's of the U.S Intelligence Agency's. The National
Security Act passed in 1947, allows US Intelligence to
begin any action, at any time, without asking anybody. In
addition, US Intelligence may postpone indefinitely any
report of such activity simply by claiming that making the
report would harm the "national security" of the United

President Bush, without so much as issuing a press
statement, on May 9 signed a directive that granted near
dictatorial powers to the office of the president in the
event of a national emergency declared by the president.
The "National Security and Homeland Security Presidential
Directive," with the dual designation of NSPD-51, as a
National Security Presidential Directive, and HSPD-20, as a
Homeland Security Presidential Directive, establishes under
the office of president a new National Continuity
Coordinator.
That job, as the document describes, is to make plans for
"National Essential Functions" of all federal, state,
local, territorial, and tribal governments, as well as
private sector organizations to continue functioning under
the president's directives in the event of a national
emergency.
The directive loosely defines "catastrophic emergency" as
"any incident, regardless of location, that results in
extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or
disruption severely affecting the U.S. population,
infrastructure, environment, economy, or government
functions."
When the president determines a catastrophic emergency has
occurred, the president can take over all government
functions and direct all private sector activities to
ensure we will emerge from the emergency with an "enduring
constitutional government."

Translated into layman's terms, when the president
determines a national emergency has occurred, the president
can declare to the office of the presidency powers usually
assumed by dictators to direct any and all government and
business activities until the emergency is declared over.
Ironically, the directive sees no contradiction in the
assumption of dictatorial powers by the president with the
goal of maintaining constitutional continuity through an
emergency.
The directive specifies that the assistant to the president
for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism will be
designated as the National Continuity Coordinator.
Further established is a Continuity Policy Coordination
Committee, chaired by a senior director from the Homeland
Security Council staff, designated by the National
Continuity Coordinator, to be "the main day-to-day forum
for such policy coordination."
Currently, the assistant to the president for Homeland
Security and Counterterrorism is Frances Fragos Townsend.
Townsend spent 13 years at the Justice Department before
moving to the U.S. Coast Guard where she served as
assistant commandant for intelligence.
She is a White House staff member in the executive office
of the president who also chairs the Homeland Security
Council, which as a counterpart to the National Security
Council reports directly to the president.
The directive issued May 9 makes no attempt to reconcile
the powers created there for the National Continuity
Coordinator with the National Emergency Act. As specified
by U.S. Code Title 50, Chapter 34, Subchapter II, Section
1621, the National Emergency Act allows that the president
may declare a national emergency but requires that such
proclamation "shall immediately be transmitted to the
Congress and published in the Federal Register."

A Congressional Research Service study notes that under the
National Emergency Act, the president "may seize property,
organize and control the means of production, seize
commodities, assign military forces abroad, institute
martial law, seize and control all transportation and
communication, regulate the operation of private
enterprise, restrict travel, and, in a variety of ways,
control the lives of United States citizens."
The CRS study notes that the National Emergency Act sets up
congress as a balance empowered to "modify, rescind, or
render dormant such delegated emergency authority," if
Congress believes the president has acted inappropriately.
NSPD-51/ HSPD-20 appears to supersede the National
Emergency Act by creating the new position of National
Continuity Coordinator without any specific act of Congress
authorizing the position.
NSPD-51/ HSPD-20 also makes no reference whatsoever to
Congress. The language of the May 9 directive appears to
negate any a requirement that the president submit to
Congress a determination that a national emergency exists,
suggesting instead that the powers of the executive order
can be implemented without any congressional approval or
oversight.
Homeland Security spokesperson Russ Knocke affirmed that
the Homeland Security Department will be implementing the
requirements of NSPD-51/ HSPD-20 under Townsend's
direction.

War Powers Act
On November 19, 1973, the Special Committee on the
Termination of the National Emergency presented Senate
Report 93-549 at the first session of the 93rd Congress.
The Introduction to the report, an examination of existing
War and Emergency Powers Acts, states:
"Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state
of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in
effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national
emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared
by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1933, there are also
the national emergency proclaimed by President Harry S.
Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict,
and the states of national emergency declared by President
Richard M. Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971."[1]
"These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of
Federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the
President extraordinary powers, ordinarily exercised by the
Congress, which affect the lives of American citizens in a
host of all-encompassing manners. This vast range of
powers, taken together, confer enough authority to rule the
country without reference to normal Constitutional

The John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2006.
On October 17th, 2006, with one fell swoop of the pen,
President Bush quietly signed into law the "John Warner
Defense Authorization Act of 2007" (H.R.5122) (2),
effectively positioning the US Government full and complete
autonomy at a Federal Level regardless and irrespective of
local authority. This act is [b]not[b] the same legislation
as the previously featured Military Commissions Act, but
was made official that same day.
This act officially allows the President to override all
state and local authority and station troops anywhere in
America as well as relinquishes the National Guard of
control without the consent of the Governor or local
authorities in order to "suppress public disorder". The law
also facilitates militarized police round-ups and detention
of protesters, so called "illegal aliens," "potential
terrorists" and other "undesirables" for detention in
facilities currently under construction by Halliburton.
Previously, the Insurrection Act (10 U.S.C.331 -335),
designed to protect the citizens of the United States
against unfair martial law by enforcing strict prohibitions
on military involvement in domestic law enforcement along
with the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 were two laws which
specifically served to protect the American people against
undue diligence or governmental power. The Posse Comitatus
Act prohibited Federal military personnel under Federal
authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within
the United States, except where expressly authorized by the
Congress, a right which our ancestors felt was inherently
important - important enough to enact an entire act around
this. Together, these two acts served to substantially
limit the powers of the Federal government's use of
military for law enforcement.
What allowed this to happen? The Homeland Security Act,
Title 6 Chapter 1 Subchapter VIII, Part H, Sec, 466 began
to tear away the foundations of this act specifically:

1. Section 1385 of title 18 (commonly known as the Posse
Comitatus Act) prohibits the use of the Armed Forces as a
Posse comitatus to execute the laws except in cases and
under circumstances expressly authorized by the
constitution or Act of Congress.
2. Enacted in 1878, the Posse Comitatus Act was expressly
intended to prevent United States Marshals, on their own
initiative, from calling on the Army for assistance in
enforcing Federal law.
3. Some believe the Posse Comitatus Act has served the
Nation well in limiting the use of the Armed Forces to
enforce the law. Whether this is a good thing or not is
subject to debate.
4. The Posse Comitatus Act was not intended to be a
complete barrier to the use of the Armed Forces for a range
of domestic purposes, including law enforcement functions,
when the use of the Armed Forces is authorized by Act of
Congress or the President determines that the use of the
Armed Forces is required to fulfill the President's
obligations under the Constitution provide for the common
defense or to respond promptly to insurrection, or other
serious emergency.
5. Existing laws, including Title 10, Chapter 15 (commonly
known as The Insurrection Act, and The Robert T.Stafford
Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, grant the
President broad powers that may be invoked in the event of
domestic emergencies, including an attack against the
Nation using weapons of mass destruction, and these laws
specifically authorize the President to use the Armed
Forces to help restore public order.
6. The Posse Comitatus Act could be replaced, nullified or
modified by a simple act of Congress.

With a key nod to the 6th point, and with no further acts
of terrorism which made it a necessity to change it,
changed it was.
Only one representative, Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont),
verbally contested this act, noting that 2007's Defense
Authorization Act contained a "widely opposed provision to
allow the President more control over the National Guard
[adopting] changes to the Insurrection Act, which will make
it easier for this or any future President to use the
military to restore domestic order without the consent of
the nation's governors."
Senator Leahy went on record as saying, "We certainly do
not need to make it easier for Presidents to declare
martial law. Invoking the Insurrection Act and using the
military for law enforcement activities goes against some
of the central tenets of our democracy. One can easily
envision governors and mayors in charge of an emergency
having to constantly look over their shoulders while
someone who has never visited their communities gives the
orders."
It's a scary prospect. And while we all like to hope that
the Government only has our own best interests at this act
effectively sets up shop for the Federal Government to come
into any town USA and take over, no questions asked, for
whatever reason they see fit.

least not intentionally.
Actually, the U.S. government -- and many other Western
governments -- have done so before. Initially, the Joint
Chiefs of Staff actually approved a plan to carry out
terrorist attacks and kill U.S. citizens and blame it on
Cuba, as a justification for invading Cuba. And a
government informant has stated that he tried to stop the
1993 World Trade Center bombing, but that the FBI
intentionally let the bombing happen . There are many other
examples of other governments killing their own people for
political gain, and the U.S. government killing its own as
well.
As additional examples of the U.S. government letting U.S.
citizens die based upon deceptions, many people breathed in
highly toxic dust near ground zero, after the government
knowingly misrepresented the risk, going as far as
discouraging first responders from wearing masks. The U.S.
government also misled the American people into the Iraqi
war, causing thousands of American deaths.
9. Terrorists crashing planes into the World Trade Center
and Pentagon was wholly unexpected in 2001, wasn't it?
No, it was not unexpected.
10. But there is always confusion in any battle situation.
Wasn't it the "fog of war" which prevented a successful
response to the 9/11 attacks?
It was not the fog of war. Instead, it was the multiple war
games, including hijack exercises involving real planes,
and the injection of fake radar blips onto air traffic
controller's screens which prevented the good people in the
military from stopping the attacks from succeeding against
their targets in New York and at the Pentagon. The
dedicated people in the U.S. military were tricked and
betrayed, so that they could not do their job.

people have been necessary to carry out 9/11, and wouldn't
someone have spilled the beans by now if there really was a
conspiracy?
Not necessarily. In fact, a small handful of people could
have pulled it off.
12. Let's get back to the government's failure to stop or
intercept the attacks. If the U.S. government wasn't
perfect in stopping the 9/11 attacks, wasn't it due to a
series of innocent mistakes or -- at the very worst -incompetence?
Initially, the incompetence argument doesn't really pan
out, and appearances may be deceiving. And there are many
examples of the U.S. faking intelligence in order to
promote its political goals.
Moreover, the government has not acted like it is trying to
close vulnerabilities or fix problems which supposedly were
unforeseeable before 9/11. Why wouldn't such
vulnerabilities be corrected if they were the real cause of
9/11?
And there has been a clear government cover-up of the facts
surrounding 9/11. Why would the government work so hard to
cover up the true facts of 9/11, going so far as to
repeatedly misrepresent the facts and change its story, if
incompetence was the only problem with the official story?
And, apparently, fake evidence was planted to implicate
certain people for 9/11. Why would fake evidence be needed
if the official story was true? Do innocent people plant
fake evidence?

mistaken timeline, solving the whole 9/11 "conspiracy" once
and for all?
Norad's newest "confession" is just the latest of multiple,
completely conflicting versions of what happened on 9/11

Moreover, the latest statements by the military simply
attempt to scapegoat one government agency, since the
previous attempts to blame other agencies made no sense.
14. Isn't talk about "demolition" of the Twin Towers just a
crazy theory by a couple of nutty people?
In fact, a lot of credible eyewitness testimony supports
this theory, and more and more credible experts are
discussing this theory every day.
15. But no one could have planted all of the explosives
needed to bring down the Twin Towers without people
noticing, right?
No, that is not true.
16. If rogue elements within the U.S. government did cause
9/11, why would they have used bombs to bring down the Twin
Towers, when crashing planes into the buildings would have
been sufficient to act as a "Pearl Harbor" type
justification for war?

No. Even well-known news anchors and writers say that selfcensorship, censorship by editors and producers, and
pressure from the government means that many important
stories are not being covered. 9/11 is one of those
stories.
18. I've heard claims made by the so-called "9/11 Truth
Movement" which have turned out to be false. Doesn't that
invalidate the whole 9/11 thing?
No, for two reasons. First, there are so many lines of
evidence which overwhelmingly prove that 9/11 was an inside
job, that even if one or two theories are disproven, the
basic thesis still stands.
Moreover, there are some people who are simply sloppy in
their thinking, and who throw out unfounded theories which
do not stand up under scrutiny. In addition, there are,
unfortunately, disruptive people who are working hard to
make crazy claims to intentionally discredit the movement.
This is a traditional tactic for undermining those who
question the government.

- all found reason to do something else during the actual
attacks, other than assuming their duties as decisionmakers.
b. Who was actually in charge? Dick Cheney, Richard Clarke,
Norman Mineta and the 9/11 Commission directly conflict in
their accounts of top-level response to the unfolding
events, such that several (or all) of them must be lying.

2) Air Defense Failures
a. The US air defense system failed to follow standard
procedures for responding to diverted passenger flights.
b. Timelines: The various responsible agencies - NORAD,
FAA, Pentagon, USAF, as well as the 9/11 Commission - gave
radically different explanations for the failure (in some
cases upheld for years), such that several officials must
have lied; but none were held accountable.
c. Was there an air defense standdown?
3) Pentagon Strike
How was it possible the Pentagon was hit 1 hour and 20
minutes after the attacks began? Why was there no response
from Andrews Air Force Base, just 10 miles away and home to
Air National Guard units charged with defending the skies
above the nation''s capital? How did Hani Hanjour, a man
who failed as a Cessna pilot on his first flight in a
Boeing, execute a difficult aerobatic maneuver to strike
the Pentagon? Why did the attack strike the just-renovated
side, which was largely empty and opposite from the high
command?
4) Wargames
a. US military and other authorities planned or actually
rehearsed defensive response to all elements of the 9/11
scenario during the year prior to the attack - including
multiple hijackings, suicide crashbombings, and a strike on
the Pentagon.
b. The multiple military wargames planned long in advance
and held on the morning of September 11th included
scenarios of a domestic air crisis, a plane crashing into a
government building, and a large-scale emergency in New
York. If this was only an incredible series of
coincidences, why did the official investigations avoid the
issue? There is evidence that the wargames created
confusion as to whether the unfolding events were "real
world or exercise." Did wargames serve as the cover for air
defense sabotage, and/or the execution of an "inside job"?

Did the Shanksville crash occur at 10:06 (according to a
seismic report) or 10:03 (according to the 9/11
Commission)? Does the Commission wish to hide what happened
in the last three minutes of the flight, and if so, why?
Was Flight 93 shot down, as indicated by the scattering of
debris over a trail of several miles?

6)Did cell phones work at 30,000 feet in 2001? How many
hijackings were attempted? How many flights were diverted?
7) Demolition Hypothesis
What caused the collapse of a third skyscraper, WTC 7,

FOREKNOWLEDGE & THE ALLEGED HIJACKERS
8) What did officials know? How did they know it?
a. Multiple allied foreign agencies informed the US
government of a coming attack in detail, including the
manner and likely targets of the attack, the name of the
operation (the "Big Wedding"), and the names of certain men
later identified as being among the perpetrators.
b. Various individuals came into possession of specific
advance knowledge, and some of them tried to warn the US
prior to September 11th.
c. Certain prominent persons received warnings not to fly
on the week or on the day of September 11th.
9) Able Danger, Plus - Surveillance of Alleged Hijackers
a. The men identified as the 9/11 ringleaders were under
surveillance for years beforehand, on the suspicion they
were terrorists, by a variety of US and allied authorities
- including the CIA, the US military''s "Able Danger"
program, the German authorities, Israeli intelligence and
others.
b. Two of the alleged ringleaders who were known to be
under surveillance by the CIA also lived with an FBI asset
in San Diego, but this is supposed to be yet another
coincidence.
10) Obstruction of FBI Investigations prior to 9/11
A group of FBI officials in New York systematically
suppressed field investigations of potential terrorists
that might have uncovered the alleged hijackers - as the
Moussaoui case once again showed. The stories of Sibel
Edmonds, Robert Wright, Coleen Rowley and Harry Samit, the
"Phoenix Memo," David Schippers, the 199i orders
restricting investigations, the Bush administration''s
order to back off the Bin Ladin family, the reaction to the
"Bojinka" plot, and John O''Neil do not, when considered in
sum, indicate mere incompetence, but high-level corruption
and protection of criminal networks, including the network
of the alleged 9/11 conspirators. (Nearly all of these
examples were omitted from or relegated to fleeting
footnotes in The 9/11 Commission Report.)

11) Insider Trading
a. Unknown speculators allegedly used foreknowledge of the
Sept. 11th events to profiteer on many markets
internationally - including but not limited to "put
options" placed to short-sell the two airlines, WTC
tenants, and WTC re-insurance companies in Chicago and
London.
b. In addition, suspicious monetary transactions worth
hundreds of millions were conducted through offices at the
Twin Towers during the actual attacks.
c. Initial reports on these trades were suppressed and
forgotten, and only years later did the 9/11 Commission and
SEC provide a partial, but untenable explanation for only a
small number of transactions (covering only the airline put
options through the Chicago Board of Exchange).
12) Who were the perpetrators?
a. Much of the evidence establishing who did the crime is
dubious and miraculous: bags full of incriminating material
that happened to miss the flight or were left in a van; the
"magic passport" of an alleged hijacker, found at Ground
Zero; documents found at motels where the alleged
perpetrators had stayed days and weeks before 9/11.
b. The identities of the alleged hijackers remain
unresolved, there are contradictions in official accounts
of their actions and travels, and there is evidence several
of them had "doubles," all of which is omitted from
official investigations.
c. What happened to initial claims by the government that
50 people involved in the attacks had been identified,
including the 19 alleged hijackers, with 10 still at large
(suggesting that 20 had been apprehended)?

13) Who Is Osama Bin Ladin?
a. Who judges which of the many conflicting and dubious
statements and videos attributed to Osama Bin Ladin are
genuine, and which are fake? The most important Osama Bin
Ladin video (Nov. 2001), in which he supposedly confesses
to masterminding 9/11, appears to be a fake. In any event,
the State Department''s translation of it is fraudulent.
b. Did Osama Bin Ladin visit Dubai and meet a CIA agent in
July 2001 (Le Figaro)? Was he receiving dialysis in a
Pakistani military hospital on the night of September 10,
2001 (CBS)?
c. Whether by Bush or Clinton: Why is Osama always allowed
to escape?
d. The terror network associated with Osama, known as the
"data base" (al-Qaeda), originated in the CIA-sponsored
1980s anti-Soviet jihad in Afghanistan. When did this
network stop serving as an asset to covert operations by US
intelligence and allied agencies? What were its operatives
doing in Kosovo, Bosnia and Chechnya in the years prior to
9/11?
14) All the Signs of a Systematic 9/11 Cover-up
a. Airplane black boxes were found at Ground Zero,
according to two first responders and an unnamed NTSB
official, but they were "disappeared" and their existence
is denied in The 9/11 Commission Report.
b. US officials consistently suppressed and destroyed
evidence (like the tapes recorded by air traffic
controllers who handled the New York flights).
c. Whistleblowers (like Sibel Edmonds and Anthony Shaffer)
were intimidated, gagged and sanctioned, sending a clear
signal to others who might be thinking about speaking out.
d. Officials who "failed" (like Myers and Eberhard, as well
as Frasca, Maltbie and Bowman of the FBI) were given
promotions.

15) Poisoning New York
The White House deliberately pressured the EPA into giving
false public assurances that the toxic air at Ground Zero
was safe to breathe. This knowingly contributed to an asyet unknown number of health cases and fatalities, and
demonstrates that the administration does consider the
lives of American citizens to be expendable on behalf of
certain interests.
16) Disposing of the Crime Scene
The rapid and illegal scrapping of the WTC ruins at Ground
Zero disposed of almost all of the structural steel
indispensable to any investigation of the collapse
mechanics. (See also item no. 23, below.)
17) Anthrax
Mailings of weapons-grade anthrax - which caused a
practical suspension of the 9/11 investigations - were
traced back to US military stock. Soon after the attacks
began in October 2001, the FBI approved the destruction of
the original samples of the Ames strain, disposing of
perhaps the most important evidence in identifying the
source of the pathogens used in the mailings. Were the
anthrax attacks timed to coincide with the Afghanistan
invasion? Why were the letters sent only to media figures
and to the leaders of the opposition in the Senate (who had
just raised objections to the USA PATRIOT Act)?
18) The Stonewall
a. Colin Powell promised a "white paper" from the State
Department to establish the authorship of the attacks by
al-Qaeda. This was never forthcoming, and was instead
replaced by a paper from Tony Blair, which presented only
circumstantial evidence, with very few points actually
relating to September 11th.
b. Bush and Cheney pressured the (freshly-anthraxed)
leadership of the Congressional opposition into delaying
the 9/11 investigation for months. The administration
fought against the creation of an independent investigation
for more than a year.
c. The White House thereupon attempted to appoint Henry
Kissinger as the chief investigator, and acted to underfund
and obstruct the 9/11 Commission.

19) A Record of Official Lies
a. "No one could have imagined planes into buildings" - a
transparent falsehood upheld repeatedly by Rice, Rumsfeld
and Bush.
b. "Iraq was connected to 9/11" - The most "outrageous
conspiracy theory" of all, with the most disastrous impact.
20) Pakistani Connection - Congressional Connection
a. The Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, creator of the
Taliban and close ally to both the CIA and "al-Qaeda,"
allegedly wired $100,000 to Mohamed Atta just prior to
September 11th, reportedly through the ISI asset Omar Saeed
Sheikh (later arrested for the killing of Wall Street
Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, who was investigating ISI
connections to "al-Qaeda.")
b. This was ignored by the congressional 9/11
investigation, although the senator and congressman who ran
the probe (Bob Graham and Porter Goss) were meeting with
the ISI chief, Mahmud Ahmed, on Capitol Hill on the morning
of September 11th.
c. About 25 percent of the report of the Congressional
Joint Inquiry was redacted, including long passages
regarding how the attack (or the network allegedly behind
it) was financed. Graham later said foreign allies were
involved in financing the alleged terror network, but that
this would only come out in 30 years.

21) Unanswered Questions and the "Final Fraud" of the 9/11
Commission:
a. The September 11th families who fought for and gained an
independent investigation (the 9/11 Commission) posed 400plus questions, which the 9/11 Commission adopted as its
roadmap. The vast majority of these questions were
completely ignored in the Commission hearings and the final
report.
b. The membership and staff of the 9/11 Commission
displayed awesome conflicts of interest. The families
called for the resignation of Executive Director Philip
Zelikow, a Bush administration member and close associate
of "star witness" Condoleezza Rice, and were snubbed.
Commission member Max Cleland resigned, condemning the
entire exercise as a "scam" and "whitewash."
c.The 9/11 Commission Report is notable mainly for its
obvious omissions, distortions and outright falsehoods ignoring anything incompatible with the official story,
banishing the issues to footnotes, and even dismissing the
still-unresolved question of who financed 9/11 as being "of
little practical significance."
22) Crown Witnesses Held at Undisclosed Locations
The alleged masterminds of 9/11, Khalid Sheikh Mohamed
(KSM) and Ramzi Binalshibh, are reported to have been
captured in 2002 and 2003, although one Pakistani newspaper
said KSM was killed in an attempted capture. They have been
held at undisclosed locations and their supposed
testimonies, as provided in transcript form by the
government, form much of the basis for The 9/11 Commission
Report (although the Commission''s request to see them in
person was denied). After holding them for years, why
doesn''t the government produce these men and put them to
trial?
23) Spitzer Redux
a. Eliot Spitzer, attorney general of New York State,
snubbed pleas by New York citizens to open 9/11 as a
criminal case (Justicefor911.org).
b. Spitzer also refused to allow his employee, former 9/11
Commission staff member Dietrich Snell, to testify to the
Congress about his (Snell''s) role in keeping "Able Danger"
entirely out of The 9/11 Commission Report.

24) NIST Omissions
After the destruction of the WTC structural steel, the
official Twin Towers collapse investigation was left with
almost no forensic evidence, and thus could only provide
dubious computer models of ultimately unprovable
hypotheses. It failed to even test for the possibility of
explosives. (Why not clear this up?)
25) Radio Silence
The 9/11 Commission and NIST both allowed the continuing
cover-up of how Motorola''s faulty radios, purchased by the
Giuliani administration, caused firefighter deaths at the
WTC - once again showing the expendability, even of the
first responders.
26) The Legal Catch-22
a. Hush Money - Accepting victims'' compensation barred
September 11th families from pursuing discovery through
litigation.
b. Judge Hallerstein - Those who refused compensation to
pursue litigation and discovery had their cases
consolidated under the same judge (and as a rule
dismissed).
27) Saudi Connections
a. The 9/11 investigations made light of the "Bin Ladin
Airlift" during the no-fly period, and ignored the longstanding Bush family business ties to the Bin Ladin family
fortune. (A company in which both families held interests,
the Carlyle Group, was holding its annual meeting on
September 11th, with George Bush Sr., James Baker, and two
brothers of Osama Bin Ladin in attendance.)
b. The issue of Ptech.

28) Media Blackout of Prominent Doubters
The official story has been questioned and many of the
above points were raised by members of the US Congress,
retired high-ranking officers of the US military, the three
leading third-party candidates for President in the 2004
election, a member of the 9/11 Commission who resigned in
protest, a former high-ranking adviser to the George W.
Bush administration, former ministers to the German,
British and Canadian governments, the commander-in-chief of
the Russian air force, 100 luminaries who signed the "9/11
Truth Statement," and the presidents of Iran and Venezuela.
Not all of these people agree fully with each other, but
all would normally be considered newsworthy. Why has the
corporate-owned US mass media remained silent about these
statements, granting due coverage only to the comments of
actor Charlie Sheen?
GEOPOLITICS, TIMING AND POSSIBLE MOTIVES
29) "The Great Game"
The Afghanistan invasion was ready for Bush''s go-ahead on
September 9, 2001, with US and UK force deployments to the
region already in place or underway. This followed the
failure earlier that year of backdoor diplomacy with the
Taliban (including payments of $125 million in US
government aid to Afghanistan), in an attempt to secure a
unity government for that country as a prerequisite to a
Central Asian pipeline deal.
30) The Need for a "New Pearl Harbor"
Principals in US foreign policy under the current Bush
administration (including Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz,
Perle and others) have been instrumental in developing
long-running plans for worldwide military hegemony,
including an invasion of the Middle East, dating back to
the Ford, Reagan and Bush Sr. administrations. They
reiterated these plans in the late 1990s as members of the
"Project for a New American Century," and stated a clear
intent to invade Iraq for the purpose of "regime change."
After 9/11, they lost no time in their attempt to tie Iraq
to the attacks.

31) Perpetual "War on Terror"
9/11 is supposed to provide carte-blanche for an openended, global and perpetual "War on Terror," against any
enemy, foreign or domestic, that the executive branch
chooses to designate, and regardless of whether evidence
exists to actually connect these enemies to 9/11.
32) Attacking the Constitution
a. The USA PATRIOT Act was written before 9/11, Homeland
Security and the "Shadow Government" were developed long
before 9/11, and plans for rounding up dissidents as a
means for suppressing civil disturbance have been in the
works for decades.
b. 9/11 was used as the pretext to create a new, extraconstitutional executive authority to declare anyone an
"enemy combatant" (including American citizens), to detain
persons indefinitely without habeas corpus, and to "render"
such persons to secret prisons where torture is practiced.

9/11 triggers a predictable shift of public spending to
war, and boosts public and private spending in the "new"
New Economy of "Homeland Security," biometrics, universal

Patriot Act II
A Brief Analysis of the Domestic Security Enhancement Act
of 2003, also Known as Patriot Act II

The second Patriot Act is a mirror image of powers that
Julius Caesar and Adolf Hitler gave themselves. Whereas the
First Patriot Act only gutted the First, Third, Fourth and
Fifth Amendments, and seriously damaged the Seventh and the
Tenth, the Second Patriot Act reorganizes the entire
Federal government as well as many areas of state
government under the dictatorial control of the Justice
Department, the Office of Homeland Security and the FEMA
NORTHCOM military command. The Domestic Security
Enhancement Act 2003, also known as the Second Patriot Act
is by its very structure the definition of dictatorship.
I challenge all Americans to study the new Patriot Act and
to compare it to the Constitution, Bill of Rights and
Declaration of Independence. Ninety percent of the act has
nothing to do with terrorism and is instead a giant Federal
power-grab with tentacles reaching into every facet of our
society. It strips American citizens of all of their rights
and grants the government and its private agents total
immunity.
Here is a quick thumbnail sketch of just some of the
draconian measures encapsulated within this tyrannical
legislation:
SECTION 501 (Expatriation of Terrorists) expands the Bush
administration’s “enemy combatant” definition to all
American citizens who “may” have violated any provision of
Section 802 of the first Patriot Act. (Section 802 is the
new definition of domestic terrorism, and the definition is
“any action that endangers human life that is a violation
of any Federal or State law.”) Section 501 of the second
Patriot Act directly connects to Section 125 of the same
act. The Justice Department boldly claims that the
incredibly broad Section 802 of the First USA Patriot Act
isn’t broad enough and that a new, unlimited definition of
terrorism is needed.

Under Section 501 a US citizen engaging in lawful
activities can be grabbed off the street and thrown into a
van never to be seen again. The Justice Department states
that they can do this because the person “had inferred from
conduct” that they were not a US citizen. Remember Section
802 of the First USA Patriot Act states that any violation
of Federal or State law can result in the “enemy combatant”
terrorist designation.
SECTION 201 of the second Patriot Act makes it a criminal
act for any member of the government or any citizen to
release any information concerning the incarceration or
whereabouts of detainees. It also states that law
enforcement does not even have to tell the press who they
have arrested and they never have to release the names.
SECTION 301 and 306 (Terrorist Identification Database) set
up a national database of “suspected terrorists” and
radically expand the database to include anyone associated
with suspected terrorist groups and anyone involved in
crimes or having supported any group designated as
“terrorist.” These sections also set up a national DNA
database for anyone on probation or who has been on
probation for any crime, and orders State governments to
collect the DNA for the Federal government.
SECTION 312 gives immunity to law enforcement engaging in
spying operations against the American people and would
place substantial restrictions on court injunctions against
Federal violations of civil rights across the board.
SECTION 101 will designate individual terrorists as foreign
powers and again strip them of all rights under the “enemy
combatant” designation.
SECTION 102 states clearly that any information gathering,
regardless of whether or not those activities are illegal,
can be considered to be clandestine intelligence activities
for a foreign power. This makes news gathering illegal.
SECTION 103 allows the Federal government to use wartime
martial law powers domestically and internationally without
Congress declaring that a state of war exists.

SECTION 106 is bone-chilling in its straightforwardness. It
states that broad general warrants by the secret FSIA court
(a panel of secret judges set up in a star chamber system
that convenes in an undisclosed location) granted under the
first Patriot Act are not good enough. It states that
government agents must be given immunity for carrying out
searches with no prior court approval. This section throws
out the entire Fourth Amendment against unreasonable
searches and seizures.
SECTION 109 allows secret star chamber courts to issue
contemp charges against any individual or corporation who
refuses to incriminate themselves or others. This sections
annihilate the last vestiges of the Fifth Amendment.
SECTION 110 restates that key police state clauses in the
first Patriot Act were not sunsetted and removes the five
year sunset clause from other subsections of the first
Patriot Act. After all, the media has told us: “this is the
New America. Get used to it. This is forever.”
SECTION 111 expands the definition of the “enemy combatant”
designation.
SECTION 122 restates the government’s newly announced power
of “surveillance without a court order.”
SECTION 123 restates that the government no longer needs
warrants and that the investigations can be a giant
dragnet-style sweep described in press reports about the
Total Information Awareness Network. One passage reads,
“thus the focus of domestic surveillance may be less
precise than that directed against more conventional types
of crime.”
*Note: Over and over again, in subsection after subsection,
the second Patriot Act states that its new Soviet-type
powers will be used to fight international terrorism,
domestic terrorism and other types of crimes. Of course the
government has already announced in Section 802 of the
first USA Patriot act that any crime is considered domestic
terrorism.

SECTION 126 grants the government the right to mine the
entire spectrum of public and private sector information
from bank records to educational and medical records. This
is the enacting law to allow ECHELON and the Total
Information Awareness Network to totally break down any and
all walls of privacy.
The government states that they must look at everything to
“determine” if individuals or groups might have a
connection to terrorist groups. As you can now see, you are
guilty until proven innocent.
SECTION 127 allows the government to takeover coroners’ and
medical examiners’ operations whenever they see fit. See
how this is like Bill Clinton’s special medical examiner he
had in Arkansas that ruled that people had committed
suicide when their arms and legs had been cut off.
SECTION 128 allows the Federal government to place gag
orders on Federal and State Grand Juries and to take over
the proceedings. It also disallows individuals or
organizations to even try to quash a Federal subpoena. So
now defending yourself will be a terrorist action.
SECTION 129 destroys any remaining whistle blower
protection for Federal agents.
SECTION 202 allows corporations to keep secret their
activities with toxic biological, chemical or radiological
materials.
SECTION 205 allows top Federal

can be considered a terrorist.

SECTION 303 sets up national DNA database of suspected
terrorists. The database will also be used to “stop other
unlawful activities.” It will share the information with
state, local and foreign agencies for the same purposes.

SECTION 311 federalizes your local police department in the
area of information sharing.
SECTION 313 provides liability protection for businesses,
especially big businesses that spy on their customers for
Homeland Security, violating their privacy agreements. It
goes on to say that these are all preventative measures –
has anyone seen Minority Report? This is the access hub for
the Total Information Awareness Network.
SECTION 321 authorizes foreign governments to spy on the
American people and to share information with foreign
governments.
SECTION 322 removes Congress from the extradition process
and allows officers of the Homeland Security complex to
extradite American citizens anywhere they wish. It also
allows Homeland Security to secretly take individuals out
of foreign countries.
SECTION 402 is titled “Providing Material Support to
Terrorism.” The section reads that there is no requirement
to show that the individual even had the intent to aid
terrorists.
SECTION 403 expands the definition of weapons of mass
destruction to include any activity that affects interstate
or foreign commerce.
SECTION 404 makes it a crime for a terrorist or “other
criminals” to use encryption in the commission of a crime.
SECTION 408 creates “lifetime parole” (basically, slavery)
for a whole host of crimes.
SECTION 410 creates no statute of limitations for anyone
that engages in terrorist actions or supports terrorists.
Remember: any crime is now considered terrorism under the
first Patriot Act.
SECTION 411 expands crimes that are punishable by death.
Again, they point to Section 802 of the first Patriot Act
and state that any terrorist act or support of terrorist
act can result in the death penalty.

SECTION 421 increases penalties for terrorist financing.
This section states that any type of financial activity
connected to terrorism will result to time in prison and
$10-50,000 fines per violation.
SECTIONS 427 sets up asset forfeiture provisions for anyone
engaging in terrorist activities.
