Confused about your bill? Read on and things will be clear in no time.
1. Account Number – Your account number can be used
for setting up bank payments. It is also a unique identifier
used by our Customer Service Reps to identify service to a
specific account.

2. Monthly Service Plans –
• Total cost of your Monthly Service Plans and any pro-rated
charges. You’ll see partial charges in the Account Detail
section from your activation/change date to your bill date
when you first activate or whenever you change monthly
service plans or features.

4. Nationwide Airtime – Total cost when going over your
airtime limit. It also includes charges for stacked overages.
5. Long Distance Charges – US and international long
distance charges bucketed into zones.
6. Roaming Charges – Charges for using your phone outside
of Canada for voice, data and SMS.
7. Data and Other Services – Costs for text, picture and video
messaging, as well as other data charges when surfing
the web.
8. Other Charges and Credits – In this section you’ll see
charges for 411 calls, provincial or municipal 911 fees
(these fees vary by province, if applicable to your province),
paper bill fee, Device Balance Repayment and Late
Payment Charges. Avoid late-payment charges by setting
up Self Serve pre-registered credit card payments.
9. Total Taxes – All applicable federal and provincial taxes,
including any tax on adjustments to your account.
10. Your Last Bill – Any payments, payment reversals or
adjustments made since your last bill.
11. Total Amount Due – Amount owing on this bill. Payments
are due on receipt.
Your Device Balance is the cost to upgrade or renew
your device before the end of your service term. Details
on this balance can be found on the Account Detail
Section of your bill.
12. Starting Device Balance – This is the discount you originally
received for your device when you signed your service term.
13. Last Month’s Balance – The Device Balance that appeared
on your previous month’s bill.
14. Monthly Credit – Over the length of your service term,
PC mobile automatically reduces your Device Balance
each month by a set amount. This set amount, or Monthly
Credit, is equal to your original device discount divided by
the number of months in your service term. Monthly Credit
does not draw down on your first invoice. At the end of your
service term, the Device Balance is $0.
15. Current Device Balance – The current cost to upgrade
or renew your device prior to the end of your service
term. This amount is also used to determine the cost for
cancelling your service.
Note: Device Balance is not pro-rated at cancellation but The
Device Balance is automatically rounded to the next month
should you cancel your service term mid-month.
