How to Begin the IHI Open School Online Courses
Step 1: Creating your enrollment

Go to https://www.ihi.org/_layouts/ihi/login/Login.aspx and login to IHI.org

If you are not yet registered, please click the
button to do so

Go to http://app.ihi.org/lms/home.aspx/nepi

Click on Step 1 to enroll in the courses

Follow the enrollment until you reach the select rate page. Choose your state.
When prompted, enter
your state’s passcode:
NEPIVT
Rhode Island:
NEPIRI
New Hampshire: NEPINH
Connecticut:
NEPICT
Massachusetts: NEPIMA
Maine:
NEPIME
Vermont:
Click “Next Step” to continue.

Complete the remainder of the free enrollment.
You are now enrolled in the IHI Open School online courses.
How to Begin the IHI Open School Online Courses
Step 2: Accessing the course catalog and selecting a lesson

Now that you are enrolled, return to the NEPI course homepage: http://app.ihi.org/lms/home.aspx/nepi

Click Step 2 or the online learning tab

Select the lesson you wish to start

The next screen will describe the lesson you have selected. Click the Begin Lesson link.
You will now be sent to the beginning of your lesson. Enjoy!
