YOU RECEIVE A CALL
1. Tell the Member/LES they will be on a brief hold while you
conference in the Language Line Interpreter.

your call to the toll free number for Language Line
Services) If calling outside of CU, dial 1-866-874-3972.
Enter VyStar’s six-digit Client ID number: 780007
Press 1 for Spanish, 2 for all other languages.
Enter your 4 digit Access Code. 9003
When the interpreter is connected, press the conference button
again to bring the Member/LES into the conference call.

1. Retrieve the dual handset/jack located within your
branch
2. Unhook your handset and plug it into the open
jack, plug the end of the line into your phone base
(where the handset was plugged in).

When the interpreter is connected, pass the 2nd handset
to the Member/LES to make this a 3-way call.
When the call is completed, unplug the dual handset,
plug your handset back into your phone base and return
