How To Use Valens Myotein ®
Valens Myotein® can be added to feeding formula, beverages, soups, gravies and other regular foods
(eg porridges, noodles, salad, oatmeal, mashed potatoes etc) without altering its flavour.
MIX WITH LIQUIDS
Adding Valens Myotein® into beverages (powder form) :
Add beverage powder and
recommended amount of Myotein
with enclosed scoop into a mug.
Add warm water slowly to the
mixture.
Stir well and serve.
Adding Valens Myotein® into beverages (liquid form) like coffee, tea, juices :
Tips for a better taste:
With ice cubes in the
blender, pour in a glass of
desire juices or beverages.
Add in Myotein. Blend and
serve chill.
Prepare the beverage in a cup / glass. Sprinkle on the recommended amount
of Myotein. Stir well and serve.
Adding Valens Myotein® into Ready-To-Drink formula :
Add recommended amount of
Myotein with enclosed scoop.
Add in small amount of warm water
slowly. Stir until form a paste.
Add feeding formula into the paste
while stirring.
MIX WITH FOODS
Valens Myotein® mixes easily with most foods without affecting the taste.
Sprinkle desired amount of Myotein
onto noodles.
Stir well and serve.
Follow steps as noodle for soup,
porridge, salad, oats, cereal and
other regular food.
OTHER CREATIVE WAYS
Chocolate Milk Shake
Suitable as homemade milkshake to meet high protein requirement.
Method of Preparation :
1. Dissolve cocoa powder with 1 ½ cup warm water in a pan. Boil it slow.
2. Pour cold milk, cocoa mixture, Myotein, ice cubes in blender. Blend until foamy.
3. Separate mixture into 6 glasses. Top each with a scoop of ice-cream before serve.

Tuna Myotein Patties
Suitable as patty burger or snack for post stroke patients who need soft diet.
Method of Preparation :
4 pcs / serving
1. Boil potatoes till completely cooked. Peel skin and make into mash potatoes.
2. Put chopped tuna, big onion, celery leaves and spring onion leaves into mash potatoes.
Spread ingredient evenly.
3. Add Valens Myotein® powder, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Make dough into little patties.
5. Dip patties into beaten egg.
6. Spread Valens Enersos oil onto non stick pan.
7. Heat at medium fire <160°C.
8. Place patties onto the pan.
9. Grill patties until golden brown and serve.
