How To Use Valens Myotein ® Valens Myotein® can be added to feeding formula, beverages, soups, gravies and other regular foods (eg porridges, noodles, salad, oatmeal, mashed potatoes etc) without altering its flavour. MIX WITH LIQUIDS Adding Valens Myotein® into beverages (powder form) : Add beverage powder and recommended amount of Myotein with enclosed scoop into a mug. Add warm water slowly to the mixture. Stir well and serve. Adding Valens Myotein® into beverages (liquid form) like coffee, tea, juices : Tips for a better taste: With ice cubes in the blender, pour in a glass of desire juices or beverages. Add in Myotein. Blend and serve chill. Prepare the beverage in a cup / glass. Sprinkle on the recommended amount of Myotein. Stir well and serve.
