The Central Administration for Financial Research & Administrative
Development - Division of {Study Leaves & Scholarships} is pleased to
announce a” Master Degree in Planning &Development”, offered by The
National Planning Institute in Cairo.
Program’s Goals:
Preparing distinguished cadres in the area of planning &development,
qualified to deal with the international and local changes in their
organizations in order to develop them, enhance their efficiency, and
increase their effectiveness through creating a new training and educational
environment that mix scientific knowledge & expertise with hands-on
exercises, and providing creativity tools and future vision that lead to
distinction.

A 555-hrs study (345 hrs for academic lectures,

A 405-hrs study (225 hrs for academic
lectures, 180 hrs for hands-on exercises), 8
advanced syllabuses in fields of planning &
development, in addition to scientific
approaches and methods.

2-Regional Planning Analytical Methods.
3-Project Feasibility Studies.
4-Projects and Programs Management.
Second: Second Academic Term:
5-Disasters &Crises Management and Emergency
Planning.

Third: Second Academic Term:5- Local Development & Regional
Planning.

In addition to a thesis to be prepared
by the student in field of planning
and development, and authorized by
the arbitration committee.
Funding:
Participants have to pay the program 's fees as follows:
- Complementary syllabus : LE 1500
- First Academic year: LE 3500
- Second Academic year: LE 3500
- Thesis registration fees: LE 3000
Eligibility Terms:
A bachelor degree or a Licentiate from eligible university, with at
least "Good" grade.
Needed Documents :
1- University graduation certificate(the original)or a sealed copy of it.
2- Academic degrees statement.
3- A photocopy of a valid passport / National Identification Card
number.
4- The program registration form.
5- Four personal photos.
N.B.
Participants wishing to join the program have to personally apply in
the National Planning Institute. It is an afternoon study.
