The key benefit of Monthly Unlimited with Shrinkage is that after 6 successful on-time monthly payments (and these payments do not
have to be consecutive), the customer’s MRC will decrease by $5. This will continue to occur after every 6 on-time payments until the MRC
reaches $35 per month.
NOTE: A successful and timely MRC payment that shall be counted towards Monthly Unlimited with Shrinkage is referred to as a “on-time payment.”

Q: Will customers be charged additional telecom taxes each month beyond their monthly fee?
A: No. Customers do not have to pay additional telecom taxes beyond their monthly fee. Telecom taxes are included in our Monthly
Unlimited with Shrinkage plan pricing; however, applicable local/state taxes and fees may apply on all replenishments regardless of
product types (i.e., Re-Boost® Cards, ePINs, RTR, rechargeable cards, credit/debit cards may be subject to these taxes or fees).
Q: What is an on-time payment in the context of the Monthly Unlimited with Shrinkage?
A: A on-time payment is a successful MRC payment, made on or before the customers’ monthly payment date with no interruption of
service, that shall be counted towards Monthly Unlimited with Shrinkage.
Q: Can customers make a payment to Monthly Unlimited with Shrinkage?
A: Boost Mobile customers can replenish their Boost Account via Real-Time Replenishment (RTR), Re-Boost Cards, and credit or
debit cards.
Q: How do customers know when to make their monthly payment?
A: Monthly payments are due exactly one month from the last successful payment and customers will receive a payment notification
text message in advance. For payments made on the 29th, 30th, and 31st of the month, the next payment date will fall on the last day
of the following month.
Q: What happens if a customer misses their monthly payment?
A: The customer’s services will be interrupted until their monthly payment is made in full. In addition, the customer will not be credited
for an on-time payment that month. Once an active subscriber achieves a milestone (e.g., $45 MRC), the subscriber will never revert
to a higher price point even if they miss a subsequent payment or unless their Boost account is cancelled. When a customer’s service
is interrupted and they make a late payment, their next payment date will change to the day of the month before the date that service
was reinstated (e.g., if a customer makes a payment and reinstates service on the 15th, the next payment will be due on the 14th of the
following month). The account must be paid in full within 60 days of service interruption or customers will lose any remaining funds as
well as their phone number.
Q: If a customer decides that they don’t have the balance to pay for the next month, can they switch to Pay As You Go or
Daily Unlimited?
A: Yes. The customer can access ‘My Account’ on the Boost Mobile website (boostmobile.com) or from their phone (iDEN Series only)
to request the change. The customer’s account will be switched to Pay As You Go on the next monthly payment date. If the payment
has already failed, the customer will be switched to Pay As You Go immediately. If the customer decides to switch back to the Monthly
Unlimited with Shrinkage plan at a later time, they will retain their lower MRC.
