How to Register: NRS Registration for NEW Officials and Coaches
This How to Register manual was designed to assist Individuals when changing their
profile information and/or upgrading their membership. Please follow the step by step
instructions as outlined to ensure easy and successful registration with MVA for the
2010-2011 season.

process of registration is the same.

Step 1
Select “I am a new user, sign up.”
Step 2
Complete the Registration Form, including the security word(s), and press “Send Email”.

Once the following screen is displayed, please check your email for confirmation of account creation.
Step 4
Go to your email account and open the VCNRS – Email Address Confirmation email. If no email appears in
your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. Click the link in the email to validate your account in NRS.

a) Complete the information fields as required on the Profile Information page. The Username must be between 6
to 20 characters and Password must have a minimum of 6 characters.
b) Please be sure to select the correct Region from the drop-down menu. Once the form is completed, don‟t forget
to review the “Terms and Conditions” and “SVA Privacy Policy” and “Agree” to the terms. Please record your
Username, Password, Security Question and Security Answer for your records; then click “Register”.

Step 6
Select your role(s) from the list provided by checking the appropriate box(es) and select “Next”. If you are a
Coach please see Step 6.a. If you are an Official please see Step 6.b.

Coaches need to also enter their NCCP Level and NCCP # when selecting their role. Once this information has
been entered, please select “Next”.

Officials need to also select their certification level when selecting their role. Once this information has been
entered, please select “Next”.
Step 7
Please verify the Order Details are correct and press “Place Order”. If a change needs to be made, select “Back”.

Enter your credit card information in the fields provided. Once complete, please click “Complete Registration
Payment”.
Step 9
Review your completed order, a copy will also be sent to your email inbox. You may “Print” a receipt from the
website, or click “Continue”.

CONGRATULATIONS!! You have now successfully registered as a
NEW Coach or Official for the 2010-2011 season!
Don’t forget to keep your profile information up-to-date and register your role upgrades with the
MVA. To change information in your profile and register a role upgrade, follow the quick and
easy Steps on the following pages.
How to Change Profile Information
Step 1
Login to NRS using your Username and Password as created in Step 5 on Page 5. Once logged in, select “Admin”
from the menu at the top of the page. Select “Change Profile” to access your personal information page.

Make the changes to your personal information profile and select “Save” when completed.
How to Upgrade Your Role
Step 1
Login to NRS using your Username and Password as created in Step 5 on Page 5. Once logged in, Select
“Upgrade Membership” in the “Quick Links” box located on the top left side of the page.

You will be redirected to the “Registration – Role Selection” page as displayed in Step 6 on Page 6. Repeat and
follow Steps 6 to 9 as completed above.
