How to read eSafe license keys:
A Typical license key looks like this:
EM-1025594 -37581062-C48690K2G1C5AS-JQP3691Y
This is the
unique product
key.

This is a compilation of the server IP, expiration date and the user count and
the product subtype (encrypted).
A total of 43 characters, including all dashes. Case does not matter when entering the key.
Remember! The license is tied to the IP of the eSafe server. The IP that is encrypted into the
license has to exist on the eSafe server itself (not the firewall or the user’s workstation).
The product types must match – if eSafe is installed as “eSafe Mail SMTP” the license must
begin with EM- .
