ECULTURE 2013 ePortfolio Competition Entry – How To Enter Please follow these steps to enter the ECULTURE 2013 ePortfolio Competition (see also Competition Rule of Entry): Note: Alternatively, you can also register your interest by emailing Jacqui at [email protected] who will be happy to download the competition entry form directly into your PebblePad account. You may also contact Jacqui with any queries on how to enter. 1. Log into the ECU Portal, click on the Learning Portfolio link under Easy Logins. 2. Once in PebblePad click the Atlas link. 3. On Member’s Dashboard in Atlas enter in the partial search criteria “ECU Peb”. The “ECU PebblePad Competition 2013” workspace will display. This project is partially funded by the Australian Government through the Structural Adjustment Fund. Page 1 of 6 ECULTURE 2013 4. Click the ECU PebblePad Competition 2013 link. The About page should display a button “Subscribe to workspace” – click to subscribe. 5. Once you have subscribed to this workspace you should have the Competition Entry Form appear in your PebblePad Resource Centre. Go to your Tool and Resources Menu, then click Resource Centre and “For Me”. Enter by filling in the form (double click or select click Use). Once you save the form it will appear in your Asset Store where you can update it at a later stage. By clicking “Continue” on the following agreement it will automatically be submitted. Changes to the entry form can be made from your Asset store up until the competition close date and will be reflected to the judges. As part of the Competition Entry form you will be required to insert a link to your ePortfolio. To do this you must “Publish” your webfolio once it is complete. • Select the webfolio in your Asset store and click Publish. • Select the ‘ongoing’ tick box and then click Publish. • Click the ‘copy url’ button. This will create a URL that allows access to your webfolio. This project is partially funded by the Australian Government through the Structural Adjustment Fund. Page 4 of 6 ECULTURE 2013 Then: • • • • Open your Competition Entry form from your Asset Store and click Edit (pencil icon). In the “Please provide your link (URL) for your ePortfolio” type “My Link”. Highlight the “My Link” text, select the web link icon and press Ctrl and V on the keyboard to paste this into the form (tip: sometimes have to do this twice to put the link in). Exit the form and save. Remember • Your competition entry form was automatically submitted when you first opened and saved it so no further action is required.
