It is very important when updating a continuing credential to only edit the end date of the provider’s credential
record. If there is a lapse in credentialing, then add a new credential record using the most recent start and end
dates.
MIHMS must also be updated with credentialing information. Please contact your Claims Analyst with any updates
needing to be sent to MIHMS.
Current credentialing information (except for BHPs) is available via the ALMS website by clicking here or by
navigating to the ALMS website located at prf.informe.org/almsonline/ALMSQuery/SearchIndividual.aspx
Editing a continuing credential
1) Select User Management – User Details from the Administrative Column

next to appropriate user
