How to Update Service Provider Credentials • • • It is very important when updating a continuing credential to only edit the end date of the provider’s credential record. If there is a lapse in credentialing, then add a new credential record using the most recent start and end dates. MIHMS must also be updated with credentialing information. Please contact your Claims Analyst with any updates needing to be sent to MIHMS.
