Solomon Hicks
Solomon Hicks is a 24-year MDRT member with 15 Court of the Table and
12 Top of the Table qualifications from the USA. He was with Prudential
Financial for more than 35 years and is one of only two agents in the
organization’s history to finish at No. 1 a staggering seven times. Hicks
has authored two books, “Wise Guys Finish First” and “The Secret Life of
a #1 Salesman”. Hicks also serves as a mentor for more than 150 agents
worldwide.
Michael Morrow (CFP)
Michael Morrow is a four-year MDRT member from Ontario, Canada.
Fifteen years ago, he completely rebuilt his business, opting to start over
with a fresh client base. He quickly realized that he would need an edge,
and developed marketing strategies and financial concepts to use with his
clients. As a result, he significantly increased his sales and client retention.
In his presentation, Morrow discusses proven, one-of-a-kind marketing

J. Marvin Walker (CLU, ChFC)
J. Marvin Walker, a 21- year MDRT member with eight Court of the Table
Qualifications, is an active industry and community volunteer. While
Marvin loves the insurance industry now, he will be the first to tell you that
was not always the case. In fact, as a young advisor with two years in the
business, he believed he was a failure and considered leaving the industry.
In his presentation, Walker shares two defining moments in his life. The
first helped him realize that he was in control of his own success. The
second taught him the true importance of his career and changed his
definition of success.
