The following amendments will take effect on
June 15, 2004.
The amended Manitoba Specified Drug Regulation and
Drug Interchangeability Formulary Regulation will be
available on the Manitoba Health website
http://www.gov.mb.ca/health/mdbif on the effective
date of June 15, 2004.

more of the following risk factors:
(a) Previous peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastric outlet obstruction (endoscopy or
radiographic evidence);

(c) Concurrent warfarin therapy;
(d) Bleeding disorders;
(e) Concurrent prednisone therapy at doses greater than 5 mg/day for more than 2 weeks.
