Objectives
• Stimulate and develop student interest in
the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering
and Mathematics) fields and disciplines
• Strive to increase the number of minority
students studying technical disciplines at
both undergraduate and graduate levels
• Encourage

• Encourage and advise youth in their pursuit
of technical and engineering careers
• Promote public awareness of technical and
engineering and the opportunities for Black
and other minorities in those professions

Who is Eligible?
Professional membership is open to all
engineering and technical professionals. All
others are invited to become affiliate members.
North Alabama NSBE AE is the local chapter
covering Huntsville and all surrounding areas
in North Alabama.

essence of minorities in our community and to

Alumni Membership is annual. It expires on
July 31st of each year. After this date, alumni
members must renew their membership
status to remain active.
