Saturday, 5 : The Born to Run event benefits Right to Life ministries operating in the Albuquerque area. Enjoy a 1 mile walk/run or a 5k walk/run for life! Sunday, 6 : The Archdiocese holds a Rosary Rally, including Mass, at Isotopes Stadium. Unite in prayer with Catholics throughout the archdiocese! The second session for Theology of the Body for Adults is held that same afternoon. Saturday, 12: The “In-Kind” Distribution Center of Catholic Charities needs volunteers to help prepare boxes of goods for their refugees. Put in two short hours of work to help others! Monday, 14 : An evening of reflection and prayer. Tuesday, 15 : Deadline for us to mail in a note to Wanda Gawronska, Pier Giorgio’s niece. Barry will ask for notes and signatures prior to this date. A financial contribution for FrassatiUSA would be due by this time. Wednesdays, 16 and 30 : The 40 Days for Life campaign runs all the way through October, and Annunciation has been assigned these dates, 7A-7P, to maintain a prayerful presence outside the Planned Parenthood on San Mateo. Friday, 25 : The Halloween Happening is a parish school event of candy, games, and community held in the Community Center and Gym. Taize in the Desert with the Norbertines is also held that evening, 7:30PM at 5825 Coors Blvd. NE. Monday, 28 : Need to confirm—an evening of Halloween partying and celebration for Pier Giorgio’s niece's 86th birthday!
