To what degree will documents/information be shared? Where will documents reside? How will documents be secured? What are the levels of access? Who maintains the “masters?” How is timely revision assured? Who has signature authorities for the various types of documents? How will documents be numbered and named? How will export control such as ITAR/EAR requirements be managed? No recording and reporting Information (status accounting) about anything change or product related.
