In his 23 years at Lane Powell, he has handled numerous environmental litigation and claims involving hazardous site investigations, cleanups and cost recovery involving sites in Washington, Oregon and Alaska. Lana M. Floyd, a partner with Ellis Li & McKinstry PLLC, focuses on real estate transactions. She represents individuals and businesses in connection with leasing arrangements, purchase and sale transactions, development projects and complex lending transactions. Adam Draper is a staff attorney with Forterra (formerly Cascade Land Conservancy), a regional leader in conserving great lands and creating great communities.
