zMAX Micro-lubricant® is a pure lubricant with
molecules that are smaller than those of conventional
motor oils. Using the fuel and oil in your vehicle as a
carrier to reach the internal parts of your engine, zMAX
“Soaks Into Metal”. Once it saturates the metal in
your engine, zMAX disperses carbon and other harmful
deposits protecting your engine from the inside out.
zMAX provides continuous lubrication of your
engine’s internal parts making a more complete seal
between the rings and cylinder walls. The result:

GASOLINE & DIESEL VEHICLES
FOR GASOLINE OR DIESEL ENGINES.
FOR THE FUEL: Pour 12 oz. the fuel system
with at least 1/2 tank of gas or diesel fuel.
FOR THE ENGINE: Pour 12 oz. into your
crankcase. Start engine and bring to operating
temperatures after installation.
FOR THE TRANS: Add 6 oz. to your
transmission fluid. Start engine immediately and
drive vehicle or idle engine for 10 minutes. Not
for use in CVT transmissions (tests pending).
FOR POWER STEERING: Add 2 oz. to your
power steering fluid. Start engine immediately
and drive vehicle or idle engine for five minutes.
How to Use
zMAX Micro-lubricant® works with all engine oils
(synthetic, multi‑grade or mono-grade including
diesels). zMAX does not replace your regular oil and
will not overfill your normal oil level. Can be used
with all trans fluids and in automatic and manual
transmissions.
Can be used in wet clutch systems.
4-CYCLE: If your fuel tank capacity is less than 5
gallons and/or crank case capacity is less than 3
quarts, add 2 oz. per gallon of fuel and 2 oz. per quart
of oil.
2-CYCLE: Mix fuel and oil to manufacturer’s
recommendation, THEN ADD 1 oz. per gallon of fuel.
Retreatment: Use every 6 months or 6,000 miles.
zMAX must be used with normal oil as specified by
manufacturer’s instructions.
MARINE
Recommended every 6 months or 6,000 miles,
whichever comes first. zMAX will not void
manufacturer’s engine warranties.
FOR THE ENGINE: Add 2 oz. per
quart of engine oil. When changing oil
in stern drive lower units: Add 2 oz. per
quart of oil.
FOR THE TRANS: Add 1 oz. per quart
of gear oil or transmission fluid.
2-CYCLE: Mix fuel and oil to
manufacturers’ specs and then add 1
oz. per gallon of fuel/oil mixture.
4-CYCLE: OIL: Add 2 oz. to each quart
of engine oil every 12 months; FUEL:
Add 2 oz. per gallon of fuel.
HEAVY DUTY CLASS 1-8
CLASS 1-5 TRUCKS:
FOR THE FUEL: Add 16 oz. (1/2 qt.) to the fuel
tank in use. Off-Highway Vehicles & Stationary
Engines: From 10 to 30 gal., add 16 oz. (1/2 qt.);
over 30 gal., add 32 oz. (1 qt.).
FOR THE ENGINE: Add 16 oz. to engine oil. “OffHighway” Vehicles & Stationary Engines: Up to 32
qt. capacity, add 16 oz. (1/2 qt.). For more than 32
qt. capacity, add 32 oz. (1 qt.).
FOR GEAR / TRANS: Add 6 oz. in transmission
and rear axles.
CLASS 6, 7, & 8 OVER-THE-ROAD:
FOR THE FUEL: Fuel capacities from 50 to 150 gal.
per tank, add 1 qt. (32 oz.) to each fuel tank in use.
FOR THE ENGINE: Up to 32 qt. capacity, add 16
oz. (1/2 qt.). For more than 32 qt. capacity, add 32
oz. (1 qt.).
FOR GEAR / TRANS: Add 12 oz.; for drive axles,
add 12 oz. Off-Highway equipment/trans-hydraulic
systems: 12 oz. for sump capacity of 4 to 30 qts.
Repeat every 1500 hours. For best results, operate
for 30 minutes after treatment.
MOTORCYCLE
Retreatment: Install zMAX, then bring
engine up to operating temperature. All
watercraft should be treated with zMAX
every six months or beginning and
ending of short seasons.
CAUTION: FOR DIESEL, DO NOT TREAT LESS THAN 10 GAL.
Retreatment Schedule - Class 6, 7, & 8: Every 20,000
miles (Fuel) or 30,000 miles (Engine) or every other oil
change with a minimum of every 4 months. “Off-Highway”
Vehicles & Stationary Engines: Every 250 hours or a
minimum of every 4 months. Class 1-5 vehicles: Every
6,000 miles or every oil change with a minimum of every 4
months. This diesel fuel additive complies with the federal
low sulfur content requirements for use in diesel motor
vehicles and non-road engines.
SMALL ENGINE
4-CYCLE: FUEL: Add 2 oz. per gallon of fuel. OIL:
Add 2 oz. per quart of engine oil. 2-CYCLE: Mix
fuel and oil to manufacturer’s recommendations,
then add 1 oz. per gallon of fuel/oil mixture. For best
results, use every 6 months.
