She is the mother of three amazing children, two of whom are on the autism spectrum as well. Please join us for a personal and lighthearted evening with Renée and her “neurotypical” husband, Jason. Renée, with Jason’s support, will share her experiences as an autistic individual and as a Mom of both autistic and neurotypical children. Topics will run the gamut, from sarcasm and social awkwardness and misunderstandings to ritualistic habits and sensory integration issues, with a lot of comical anecdotes along the way. Renée and Jason are happy to share their very positive outlook on autism and what it means to their family. of sharing information back and forth on the subject.
