Call for 2014 APA Annual Award Nominations...
Take advantage of the opportunity to submit the names of fellow pharmacy professionals who are deserving of recognition for their dedication to the
profession of pharmacy and for the service they provide the citizens in their community. Please provide a letter of support for each award nominee
describing detailed information about the candidate and why you feel they should be considered, include a current CV if possible. Mail this

Qualifications and Past Winners
Bowl of Hygeia Award Qualifications:
The recipient must be a pharmacist, licensed in the state of Alabama.
The recipient must be living. Awards are not presented posthumously.
The recipient has not been a previous recipient of the award.
The recipient is not currently serving, nor has he/she served within the immediate past two years as an officer of the association in other than an exofficio capacity or its awards committee.
The recipient has compiled an outstanding record of community service, which apart from his/her specific identification as a pharmacist, reflects well on
the profession.
The recipient shall be a member of APA in good standing who has been a member for a minimum of four years.
