THE SYSTEM SHALL MONITOR AND LOG THE RUN TIME OF THE BOILER. CONTROLS POINTS LIST WHEN THE SENSOR INDICATES THE OUTDOOR AIR TEMPERATURE BELOW 37°F (ADJ) BUT NO MOISTURE PRESENT, SYSTEM SHALL OPERATE IN SECONDARY IDLING MODE AND THE SNOWMELT CONTROLLER SHALL PROVIDE A SIGNAL TO ENABLE SNOWMELT CIRCULATION PUMP. MAINTAIN SNOW MELT SUPPLY WATER TEMPERATURE AT SETPOINT OF 110°F (ADJ.) AND A SLAB TEMPERATURE OF 28°F (ADJ) BY ENABLING THE SNOWMELT BOILER B-1 AND THE ASSOCIATED INJECTION PUMP P-1. MAINTAIN DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE AT SETPOINT BY RAMPING UP AND DOWN THE PUMP'S VFD. STATIC DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SETTING TO BE BASED ON FEEDBACK FROM THE BALANCE CONTRACTOR. PROVIDE A MANUAL OVERRIDE SWITCH WITH A SIX HOUR (ADJ.) TIMER TO CYCLE THE SYSTEM FOR ICE CLEARING. PROVIDE BOILER SHUTDOWN SWITCH LOCATED AT BOILER ROOM EXIT DOORS.
