The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based,
voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major
health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing
suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service.

Two of the top five fundraising teams in the Relay for Life-Virginia Beach have joined forces to host the 1st Annual Phins on the
Phairway Golph Tournament.
Team Walgreens and Team Phinz, two of the top producing teams in Virginia Beach, invite you to come be a part of the Phun and
Phestivities on Monday, June 2, 2014 at Red Wing Golf Course in Virginia Beach.
One of the first “beach lifestyle” themed golf tournaments in the area, we urge you to come play . . .attire of the day is your best
hawaiian shirt. Tropical attire is encouraged.
We thank you in advance for your interest and sponsorship in the tournament. All profit from the event is being donated to The
American Cancer Society / Relay for Life. Together we can help save lives.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 1st Annual Phins on the Phairway Golph Tournament. All profit from this event is being donated to The American Cancer Society/Relay for
Life. Who among us has not been touched by cancer in one way or another? Today, 4,500 people in the United States alone will hear the words . . .”You have cancer”. Whether you’re
interested in a sponsorship, donating prizes, participating in the tournament, or all three in some form, your participation is helping The American Cancer Society FINISH THE FIGHT! And
for that, we are grateful. It’s a PHun day planned full of good friends, sportsmanship and community service . .. all with a tropical feel.
You will be participating in one of Virginia Beach’s first “Beach” themed golf tournaments. We encourage all participants to don their favorite Hawiian shirt . . .don’t forget the sunscreen!
