The Professional program works
with about 60 providers of professional
equipment which includes dishwashers,
steam convection ovens, thermal equipment,
refrigerators and freezers, chambers,
kitchen appliances, neutral equipment, petty
supplies, and anything else our clients may
require for their operations.

The Professional program won
numerous references in a short period of
one year, ranging from kitchen equipment
for schools, kindergartens, and restaurants
across Slovenia, to technological kitchen
equipment of a new top-class Plaza hotel in
Ljubljana. Working with Trimo, a Slovenian
manufacturer of steel constructions, the
program is proactively involved in winning
deals for equipment of modular units for
workers camps at oil wells across the globe.

also include medical equipment, raw materials, tractors, and
other heavy machinery.
Did you know?
The properties and functions of professional equipment differ considerably
from those of home appliances. For example:
• Washing machines have a capacity to wash up to 12,000 glasses, plates,
or other dishes per hour; the washing cycle takes from 30 to 180 seconds.
• The steam convection ovens allow roasting, cooking, baking pastry, or
reheating. The capacity of the largest ovens is as many as 40 baking trays
at a time.
• Refrigerator and freezer capacity is 700 l or 1,400 l, respectively; for
larger amounts of food, refrigeration and freezer chambers are used. The
equipment is connected to the central control system that controls their
operation, records the temperature, and reports any error or deviation by
visual and acoustic signals, and via GSM connections to maintenance
and service technicians.

As a piece of trivia, they also supplied the
equipment for the kitchen at the restaurant
for employees of the parent company in
Velenje where 4,000 meals are prepared
each day. The equipment includes a state-ofthe-art conveyor dishwasher, a full system
for dehydration of organic waste, and an
automatic tray sorting line.
In the future, they are planning to
expand their operations to other equipment
demanded by the customers in the
industry, which will further enhance their
competitiveness and increase the volume of
operating activities.

V prvem letu delovanja je program
Professional realiziral deset projektov in
dosegel 1.2 milijona evrov prometa. Posle
pridobivajo preko projektov javnih naročil
in zasebnih investicij. Direktor Aleksandar
Andželevski: »V lanskem letu smo bili pri
javnih naročilih v Sloveniji izjemno uspešni,
pridobili smo tudi nekaj največjih zasebnih
projektov na trgu. Zaradi subvencioniranja
nizkoenergijskih zgradb s strani EU in občin
opažamo v zadnjem obdobju v Sloveniji
pospešeno gradnjo novih objektov za vrtce
in šole, kar pomeni za nas priložnost za
nove posle.«
V tem poslu blagovna znamka
proizvajalca ne igra ključne vloge; pri
javnih naročilih je najpomembnejši
dejavnik odločitve cena, sicer pa so zelo
pomembne tudi reference.
Program Professional si je v kratkem
obdobju enega leta pridobil številne
reference, od opreme kuhinj v šolah, vrtcih
in restavracijah po Sloveniji do tehnološke
opreme kuhinje novega vrhunskega
hotela Plaza v Ljubljani. V sodelovanju s
slovenskim proizvajalcem jeklenih zgradb
Trimo aktivno sodelujejo na področju
opremljanja modularnih enot za delavske
kampe naftnih črpališč po celem svetu.
Kot zanimivost – opremili so tudi
kuhinjo v restavraciji za zaposlene v
matičnem podjetju v Velenju, kjer dnevno
pripravijo 4000 obrokov, z najmodernejšim
tračnim pomivalnim strojem, popolnim
sistemom za dehidracijo organskih
odpadkov in avtomatsko linijo za sortiranje
pladnjev.
V prihodnje načrtujejo razširitev
dejavnosti še na vso ostalo opremo, po
kateri povprašujejo naročniki iz panoge, s
čimer bodo še izboljšali konkurenčnost in
povečali obseg poslovanja.

Lastnosti in funkcije profesionalne opreme se precej razlikujejo od aparatov
za gospodinjstva. Na primer:
• Pomivalni stroji imajo kapaciteto pranja do 12.000 kozarcev, krožnikov
ali posode na uro oziroma pomivanje traja od 30 sekund do 180 sekund na
cikel.
• V parnokonvekcijskih pečeh lahko pečemo, kuhamo, pripravljamo
slaščičarske izdelke in regeneracijo jedi. Kapaciteta pri največjih pečeh je
kar 40 pladnjev naenkrat.
• Kapacitete hladilnikov in zamrzovalnikov so 700 l in 1400 l, za večje
količine pa se uporabljajo hladilne in zamrzovalne komore. Naprave
so vezane na centralni nadzorni sistem, ki spremlja delovanje, beleži
temperaturo in v primeru okvare ali odstopanj sporoča napake vizualno,
zvočno in preko GSM povezav vzdrževalcem in serviserjem.
