UVOD
Ime MELTAL je nastalo kot izpeljanka angleških besed »melting aluminium«, kar pomeni litje aluminija, in
sega v leto 1980, ko je ambiciozen
študent ekonomije, nezadovoljen s
svojo prvotno službo, stopil na pot
podjetništva. Ker mu je bilo mar za
okolje, je sklenil, da bo recikliral odpadni aluminij.
Ideja se je izkazala za donosno in študent je postal uspešen podjetnik, z
velikim posluhom za zaposlene. Ko
je država na prehodu v prosto tržno
ekonomijo še vedno skušala ščititi
domače usihajoče livarne aluminija z
nizkimi odkupnimi cenami, se je podjetnik odločil, da najde novo rešitev in
poskrbi za svoje sodelavce. Poiskal je
tuje poslovne partnerje, z njimi sklenil odlične pogodbe o predelavi ter
postal še bolj uspešen. Tako je podjetje raslo in se razvijalo in leta 1991 so
se rodile barvne kovine, otrok odpadnih surovin, ki je omogočil preživetje
zaposlenih in njihovih družin.
Danes je oddelek barvnih kovin v
Sloveniji eden največjih trgovcev na
področju trgovanja z barvnimi kovinami. Ponuja vse vrste pločevin za
industrijo (kot so baker, aluminij, pocinkana pločevina) v ploščah, traku,
žici ...

INTRODUCTION
The company takes its name from
the words »melting aluminium« and
dates back to 1980 when an ambitious student of economics, dissatisfied with his job, embarked on the
path of entrepreneurship. He cared
for the environment and thus decided to recycle scrap aluminium.
The idea proved to be profitable
and the student became a successful entrepreneur with a great feel
for the employees. As the country in
transition to a free market economy
still tried to protect the declining domestic aluminium foundries with low
purchase prices, he decided to opt
for a different solution, at least for the
sake of his employees. He contacted
foreign business partners, signed
excellent processing contracts and
became even more successful. The
company grew and developed and
in 1991 the non-ferrous metals profit
centre emerged as a descendant of
the scrap metal centre, ensuring the
financial stability of workers and their
families.
Today, this unit is one of the largest
Slovenian traders of non-ferrous metals. It offers all types of industrial metals (such as aluminium, galvanized
metal, copper) in sheets, coils, wires,
etc.
With years of experience in sales, we
aim to become one of the leading
companies in our field of trade. Since
we believe in sustainability and

EINFÜHRUNG
Der Name MELTAL stammt aus der
englischen Bezeichnung “melting
aluminium”, was das Schmelzen von
Aluminium bedeutet und zurück
ins Jahr 1980 reicht. Ein ehrgeiziger
Wirtschaftsstudent, der mit seiner ursprünglichen Arbeitsbeschäftigung
unzufrieden war, begab sich auf den
Weg ein Unternehmen zu gründen.
Weil er sehr umweltbewusst war, begann er Aluminiumschrott zu recyclen.
Die Idee zeigte sich als rentabel und
aus dem Studenten wurde ein erfolgreicher Unternehmer mit einem
guten Gefühl für Mitarbeiter. Als der
Staat im Übergang zur freien Marktwirtschaft versuchte, die schwindenden Aluminiumgießereien im Inland
mit niedrigen Kaufpreisen zu schützen, musste der Unternehmer schon
wegen seiner Mitarbeiter eine andere Lösung finden. Er suchte nach
ausländischen
Geschäftspartnern,
vereinbarte mit ihnen hervorragende
Verträge und wurde damit noch erfolgreicher. So wuchs und entwickelte sich das Unternehmen. Im Jahre
1991 wurde aus dem ursprünglichen
Bereich Schrottmetalle der Bereich
Buntmetalle gegründet, der das
Überleben der Arbeitnehmer und ihrer Familien ermöglichte.
Heute zählt die Abteilung Buntmetalle zu einem der größten Händler
im Handelsbereich mit Buntmetallen in Slowenien. Es bietet alle Arten
von Industriemetallen an (wie Kupfer,
Aluminium, verzinktes Metall), Bleche
(Blechplatten), Bänder, Draht, ....
Mit fast 35-jähriger Erfahrung im Verkauf wollen wir ein führendes Unternehmen im Handelsbereich von
Buntmetallen werden.

Aluminij je kovina, ki ima
majhno specifično težo, dobro
toplotno in električno prevodnost, odpornost proti koroziji
ter možnost reciklaže. Uporablja
se v gradbeništvu, elektro in avtomobilski industriji, farmaciji, v
proizvodnji embalaže za kozmetiko, v prehrambeni industriji za
proizvodnjo pločevink ter ostale
embalaže.

and electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and superb
recycling qualities. It is used in
construction, electrical, automotive and pharmaceutical industries, for cosmetics packaging, as well as in the food industry for the manufacture of cans
and other beverage packaging.
Aluminium ist ein Metall mit
niedrigem spezifischem Gewicht, guter thermischer und
elektrischer Leitfähigkeit, Korrosionsbeständigkeit

Recyclingfähigkeit. Aluminium
verwendet man in der Bau-,

namene. Rebraste pločevine se
uporabljajo v:

stopnišč, oblaganju bazenov
ali kot pokrovi jaškov ter
• industriji izdelave izdelkov

Aluminij barvni trak je namenjen
široki uporabi. Najpogosteje se
uporablja v gradbeni industriji
za izdelavo streh, fasad, panelov,
stropov ter zunanjih žaluzij. Prav
tako je uporaben za izdelavo
gospodinjskih aparatov, transportnih vozil, prometne signalizacije, registrskih tablic, oglaševalskih panojev ipd.

Je izjemna kovinska prevleka,
ki zagotavlja zaščito površine
pred dolgoročno obrabo.
Material je primeren za kmetijske
objekte, kjer je velika izpostavljenost amonijaku in kloridu.
Stroškovno je najbolj učinkovita
alternativa aluminiju in nerjavnemu jeklu. Zaradi svoje edinstvene
kemične sestave zagotavlja boljšo
odpornost proti koroziji kot standardno vroče pocinkano jeklo.
Zahvaljujoč zelo odporni kovinski
plasti se ga lahko uporabi na različne načine upogibanja in profiliranja. Njegova tanka plast pa
omogoča lažjo obdelavo in prinaša precejšnje prihranke. Primeren
je za točkovno varjenje. Zaščitni
oksid prekriva zvar in s tem preprečuje nastanek rdeče rje na robovih. Magnelis je zelo trpežen in
obstojen material za transport in
skladiščenje. V primeru poškodbe,
je material bistveno boljše zaščiten pred rjavenjem od po- cinkane pločevine, predvsem na robovih.

As such, it is suitable for agricultural facilities highly exposed to

than hot-dip galvanized steel.
Thanks to the highly resistant
metal layer it can be formed in a

A protective oxide barrier covers
the weld, preventing the development of red rust on edges. Magnelis is a durable material for transport and warehousing. In case of
