Simple test of food sample with Sanita-kun
(1) Make sample solution.
Put food sample in the
sample bag by 10 g.
Put sterilization
diluent in the sample
bag by 90 ml.
Massage well with the
constant time, hand.
(2) Add sample solution to Sanita-kun.
Put cut end onto the
liquid part of the sample
solution with the
sterilized scissors.

Insert a pipette in the
cut end and gather
sample solution by 1
ml.
Add sample solution to
the putt part of
Sanita-kun.
Put Sanita-kun in the incubator and it culture.
