Gorenje boasts a rich tradition in
the field of production and sales of
domestic appliances. Two years ago
we also entered the market of professional catering equipment. Last year
we developed and introduced the
catering container equipment solutions. We offer our business partners a
complete solution – from the design
and purchase of equipment, all the
way to the installation and service.

At the end of 2012 we started to
cooperate with a Slovenian container
manufacturer, the company Trimo Investment d.d. Together we equipped
the kitchen and laundry room in the
containers, intended for two oil drilling camps in Iraq.

The implementation of the container kitchen includes the preparation
of the terms of reference for the execution of works and technical solutions in accordance with the HACCP
directives. The works include supply,
installation, start-up and final training
of the user of the professional kitchen
(heating, washing lines, cooling, air
conditioning) and professional laundry (washing and drying machines,
irons etc.).
The built-in equipment is technologically supported by 78+ renowned
European equipment manufacturers,
which comply with the highest standards set by Gorenje.

In the containers with professional kitchen equipment, we
offer customized solutions while maintaining enough space for
comfortable work and solutions tailored to the individual needs
of each user. We offer solutions related to engineering, design

Program Professional
V Gorenju imamo dolgoletno tradicijo na področju proizvodnje in
prodaje gospodinjskih aparatov. Pred
dobrima dvema letoma smo s Programom Professional vstopili na trg
profesionalne opreme za gostinstvo,
lani pa še na trg opremljanja catering
kontejnerjev.
Konec leta 2012 smo pričeli sodelovati s slovenskim proizvajalcem kontejnerjev, podjetjem Trimo Investment,
d.d.. Opremili smo kuhinjo in pralnico
v kontejnerjih, namenjenih za naftna
črpališča v Iraku.

Pri izvedbi kontejnerske kuhinje
storitve Programa Professional obsegajo izdelavo projekta za izvedbo s
tehnološkimi rešitvami skladno s HACCP direktivami. Obseg del zajema
dobavo, montažo, zagon ter končno
šolanje uporabnika profesionalne kuhinje (termika, pomivalne linije, hladilstvo, prezračevanje) in profesionalne
pralnice (pralni in sušilni stroji, likalniki
itd).
Naročnikom nudimo rešitve prilagojene njihovim individualnim
