the analysis of higher demands and needs of the customers at
present and in the future
• Appartements with the highest level of sunlight.
• Strict consideration of all spacial characteristics (sunlight, views,
location)
• Ensuring high living pleasure:
- System of active ventilation ensures fresh air in all premises
without necessity to open windows
- Lowering the level of external noise from 67 dB to 24 dB
- Ensuring optimal moist in the room by realisation of innovative
system of walls made of eco materials. Technology and materials
correspond to most strict ecological standards.
• Installation of high quality ventilation system by recuperator and
with the heat recovery up to 95%
• Cooling of all living premises by air condition device, integrated in
the ventilation system
• Rational function of the system enables built-in automated
computer remote control of devices-wise installations:
- ventilation by recuperator
- cooling – tube and split air condition
- heating system
- shaders
- access
- security
- lights in living premises
- kitchen devices
- taking notes and control of special functions
- interface for the control is touch screen, remote control + TV,
mobile phone
Ideally optimated, full automatic control, enables rational use of
energy and high living pleasure.
The result of the above mentioned is achieving:
- A passive standard (PHPP) with the use of energy for heating
12kWh/m2 a year. The limit for passive standard is less than
15kWh/m2a. - Energy class A (energy identity card) with annual need for energy
2,4 kWh/m2a
