PULLING OUT CBEF IU SAMPLE TRAY NOTE To maintain cleanliness, gloves must be worn when working inside CBEF Incubator Unit. 1.1 Don gloves. Figure 1. Refer to Figure 1. 1.3 Slowly open CBEF IU Micro-G door. Engage CBEF IU Micro-G Door Handle to CBEF IU Door Handle Stay. Figure 2. GRIP POINT of CBEF IU Micro-G Sample Tray 1.4 Grab GRIP POINT. Refer to Figure 2. NOTE It is required to pull out CBEF IU Micro-G to hard stop. If CBEF IU Micro-G is latched halfway before hard stop, it will make it difficult to release side lock later. 1.5 2. 11 MAR 09 Pull out until hard stop of CBEF IU Micro-G Sample Tray. NOTE CBEF IU Micro-G String Fan connector and cable are damageable. 2.4 Wipe right wall except CBEF IU Micro-G String Fan cables, and Temperature/Humidity Sensor with BZK Wipes. Refer to Figure 3. 2.5 Wipe bottom floor with BZK Wipes. Refer to Figure 3. 2.6 Wipe left wall with BZK Wipes except cable. Refer to Figure 3. 2.7 Wipe ceiling with BZK Wipes. NOTE Slide locks are located in the middle of slide rail of CBEF IU Micro-G Sample Tray (Locations are above CAN-4 marking and below CAN-6 marking). It is required to release slide lock simultaneously by pushing in. Refer to Figure 4. 3.2 11 MAR 09 Release CBEF IU Micro-G Sample Tray slide locks (one each top and bottom) by simultaneously pressing slide locks and slide in a little until unlatched. Refer to Figure 5. 4.2 Close CBEF IU Micro-G door. Securely wrap Velcro strap around the CBEF IU Micro-G Door Handle. 4.3 5. Doff gloves. CLOSE OUT 5.1 Update IMS or notify SSIPC to update IMS with stowage location. 5.2 Trash following items. Trash: BZK Wipes Medium Glove or Large Glove 11 MAR 09 PGCF1044.xml
