Scope of work:
-Owner to move contents and furnishings.
-Protect home by installing plastic wall and flooring protection.
-Remove and dispose of old countertops, backsplash, plumbing fixtures, accessories and tile.
-Install new plywood sub-top for granite or quartz countertops.
-Prep, prime and paint existing built-in vanity in color chosen by homeowner.
-Supply and install new full-height tile at tub/shower, including full mortar bed and white corner shelf. (Tile allowance
of $2.50/SF and $4.00/LF for trim.
