Exercise of a Call Option
Norsk Tillitsmann ASA has received notification from Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (attached)
regarding exercise o f its Call Option. The entire bond issue will be repaid with settlement date
13 May 2014 at 104,50 % of par value (plus accrued interest).

We refer to the above issue, the bonds issued thereunder (the "Bonds") and the bond
agreem ent dated 14 April 2011 (the "Agreement") governing the Bonds.
W ords and expressions defined in the Agreement shall have the same meaning when
used in this letter.
With reference to Clause 10.2 of the Agreement please be advised that we will redeem
the Bonds on 13 May 2014 at the call price set out in Clause 10.2.1 (i) of the Agreement.
Together with the call price we will pay accrued interest from and including the Interest
Paym ent Date falling in April 2014 to but excluding 13 May 2014.
We ask you kindly to forward this information to the holders of the Bonds through the
Securities Register.
