THE COLORS REPORT
This report prints the colors in the system. The report data includes the color description, picture, palette, NRF Code,
notes, and in case of plaids, the report prints the constituent solid colors together with their RGB values. The report can
be sorted by color description.

2. THE SCALES REPORT
This report prints the size scales in the system. The report data includes scale code, scale description, scale style group,
and number of scale dimensions.

3. THE PATTERNS REPORT
This report prints the patterns in the system. The report data includes pattern #, description, status, garment type, base
pattern, pattern size scale, pattern size, last revision, the account number and customer for whom the pattern is made,
etc.
AVAILABLE FORMATS
The report comes in two different formats:
§ Summary: This format does not include the following pattern information: Revisions, Markers, Hand Cut, and Cutter
Must.
§ Detailed: This format includes the basic pattern information (pattern #, description, status, garment type, base
pattern, pattern scale, pattern size, last revision, the account number and customer for whom the pattern was
designed) in addition to the details that are excluded from the Summary format, i.e. Revisions, Markers, Hand Cut,
and Cutter Must.

4. THE DUTY TABLE REPORT
This report prints the duties imposed on your garments. The report lists the various garment types with the duty on each
garment. The report data includes the garment information, i.e. garment type, construction, and chief weight, along with
the duty information, i.e. the duty rate, quota, and suffix.

5. THE GRADE RULES REPORT
This report prints the grade rules in the system. The report data includes the grade rule description, status, and
measurements values, along with the garment type and size scale involved in each grade rule.

6. THE MARKING & CUTTER MUST REPORT
This report prints the marker and the cutter must information in two separate pages. The cutter must data includes the style and pattern
numbers, the number of style pieces, pieces descriptions, the special manufacturing instructions, the total YDS per DZ. The marker data
includes the style number, the pattern number, the season, the Marker ID and description, the marker date, the size ration, marker attributes,
i.e. number of out goods, loss, total goods, etc, the special manufacturing instructions, etc.

7. THE LINE SHEET REPORT
This report prints custom prototype catalogues. The report is generated through an interactive wizard that provides more
than one catalogue designs to choose from. Through this wizard you will be able to select the prototypes which you want
to include in the catalogue, and your preferred catalog design. Also you will be able to save your choices so that they will
be automatically uploaded upon running the report. The report data changes based on the catalog design which you
choose.

8. THE MEASUREMENTS & GARMENT TYPES REPORT
This report prints the measurements in the system. The report data includes the measurements code, description, and
tolerance levels. You can select to group the printed measurements by garment type, and in this case the report prints the
garment type code and description too.

9. THE COMPONENTS REPORT
This report prints a list of the manufacturing components in the system. The report data includes the component’s
category, subcategory, color and cost.

10. THE PATTERN & GRADING REPORT
This report prints the prototype’s pattern and grading information. The report data includes the prototype number,
description and picture, the description of the prototype grade rule, the pattern number, the measurement values in all the
prototype sizes, in addition to the extra, shrinkage, and seam values in each size.

11. THE PROTOTYPE MASTER LIST REPORT
This report prints a list of the prototypes in the system. The report data includes prototype number, description, status,
picture, garment type, fabric, division, season, size scale, style group, product manager, designer, etc.

12. THE SAMPLE ORDER DETAIL REPORT
This report prints a list of the prototype manufacturing orders in the system. The report data includes the main order and
prototype information, i.e. the order number, status, prototype number, description, style, color, size, and the order
quantities per each prototype/color/size. It also prints the account of the customer whom the sample is made for.

13. THE SAMPLE ORDER FORM
It prints prototype manufacturing order forms. Each order form is printed on a new page and includes fully detailed order
and prototype information. The form can be printed in multiple layouts so that you may choose the layout that best fits
your business needs.
