Sample Ordering & Shipping Instructions
Thank you for purchasing the AgriEarth soil test kit! These instructions are for those of you that purchased your kit at
your local garden store or nursery.
Your kit comes with three sample return envelopes. This means that you have the opportunity to send us three separate
soil samples for testing. (See page 2 for the list of nutrients and metals included in test, additional costs apply).
Note: If you purchased your kit online, your price included one nutrient test. The remaining two sample return envelopes can be
used for additional soil tests. To order additional tests, see the Sample Ordering & Shipping Instructions below.

Visit www.agritest.com/nutrients

Enter the quantity of soil tests you want to purchase.

Click on the buy now button (this takes you to your shopping cart page).
¾
After you review your order, click on the “Checkout Now” link at the bottom left of the page.
¾
Enter your shipping information. Then click on the “Continue Checkout” link at the bottom left of the page.
(Your shipping address is needed in order to generate your shipping label).
¾
You will now be redirected to the PayPal® page with your order summary listed on the left.
You can pay with a debit or credit card or you can pay with your PayPal® account.
Save your PayPal® receipt for your records.
Sample Shipping Instructions

Once your payment is processed, we will send you the following two documents. These documents will be sent to
you through e-mail (as .pdf files) or regular mail (regular mail will be used for phone orders only).

When you receive these documents, do the following:
Shipping Label – Print the shipping label, fold in half, and place in the shipping sleeve (located on top
of the manila sample return envelope).
Sample Information Form/Payment Receipt – Fill out the bottom portion of this document
(sample information), cut and place in sample return envelope with your soil sample. (Keep the top
portion for your records, as it is your payment receipt.)

Do not place the sample information form into the soil in the soil sample bag. Keep
them separate within the shipping envelope.
Once you have completed step 5 of your Soil Sampling Instructions, seal your manila shipping envelope, make
sure your shipping label is inside the shipping sleeve, and drop off at any UPS shipping location.
