1 Allmänt
General
Vinschen är monterad på kranen för att användas till att dra in virke till kranens
arbetsområde.
This winch is mounted for the purpose of pulling wood towards the crane.

Read through the manual before operating the winch.
2 Säkerhetsinstruktioner
Safety
Nedanstående regler befriar ej föraren från att beakta lagstadgade eller andra gällande
nationella bestämmelser inom arbetarskyddsområdet.
The rules below do not exempt the driver from complying with legislation or other applicable
national regulations pertaining to safety in the workplace.
Riskzon för vinsch är 50 meter.
The danger area around this winch extends for 50 metres.
Tänk på tipprisken vid användning av vinsch. Stå aldrig med ryggen mot vagnen.
Be aware of the risk for rolling over when using the winch. Never stand with your back
towards the trailer when operating the winch.
Lämna aldrig lasten utan tillsyn. Hela arbetsförloppet måste övervakas.
Never leave the load unattended. The whole work cycle must be monitored.
Stabiliteten är sämre när vagnen är olastad. Ökad risk för tippning.
The machine is less stable when it’s unloaded.
Det är förbjudet att använda vinsch i samband med fällning av träd.
It’s forbidden to use the winch for felling trees.

Vinschen är ej avsedd för lyft. Lastning av timmer på vagnen utförs med kranen.
The winch is not intended for lifting. Loading timber on the trailer must be done by the
crane.
Det är inte tillåtet att dra last som är fäst vid vinschen med maskinen.
Is’t forbidden to pull load that’s connected to the winch with the machine.
Vinschen får ej användas för bärgning eller bogsering av maskinen.
Do not use the winch to tow the machine.
Vidrör aldrig vinschkrok eller vajer vid invinschning. Risk för skär och klämskador.
Never touch the winch hook or wire while pulling. Risk for personal injury.
Om krok eller brytblock lossnar när wiren är sträckt kommer dessa att slungas iväg med
stor kraft! Undvik att vistas inom detta riskområde!
If the hook or the pulley loosens while pulling they will be tossed with a high speed!
Avoid being near this risky area.
Kontrollera att vajern inte har några skador som kan leda till vajerbrott.
Assure that the wire is free from damages that can lead to breaking.
Fäst alltid vajern så nära stockens ända som möjligt för att undvika farliga
hävstångseffekter om stocken fastnar.
Always put the wire as close to the end of the tree as possible.
Kör inte in vajern längre än att kroken når vinschhuset. Risk för skador på
vinschutrustningen.
Do not rewind the wire so much that the hook reaches the housing. Risk for damage on
the winch equipment.

Technical description
3.1
Allmänt
General
Vinschen är hydrauliskt driven och manövreras med en radiostyrning.
Vinschen och dess kringutrustning sitter monterat enligt bilder nedan.
The winch is hydraulically driven and is maneuvered by a remote control.
The winch and its parts are mounted as in pictures below.
Beskrivningen nedan gäller endast vinschutrustning monterade på följande maskiner:

5 Installation
Installation
Eftermontering av vinsch får endast utföras av behörig personal.
Aftermarket mounting must be done by autorized personell.
6 Manövrering
Manouvering
Om skada eller haveri uppstår under användning av vinschen måste arbetet omedelbart
avbrytas och felet åtgärdas innan vinschen får användas igen.
Work must be stopped if there is an injury or a technical damage according to winch
operation. Fix the problem before continuing.
Riskzonen är 50 m vid vinschning. Ingen annan än operatören får befinna sig inom
riskzonen vid arbete med vinschen.
The danger area around the winch extends for 50 metres. No one else than the
operator must be inside this area when operating the winch.
Om krok eller brytblock lossnar när wiren är sträckt kommer dessa att slungas iväg
med stor kraft! Undvik i möjligaste mån att vistas inom detta riskområde!
If the hook or the pulley loosens while pulling they will be tossed with a high speed!
Avoid being near this risky area!

Winching
Parkera maskinen på lämpligt ställe och lås parkeringsbroms.
Park the machine in a suitable place and activate the parking brake.
Sväng ut kranarmen mot lasten så att vajern går i en rät linje från brytblocket till lasten.
Turn out the crane boom against the load so the wire can travel in a straight line from the
pulley to the load.
Kör ut vajern med fjärrkontrollen. Håll alltid i kroken när vinschen körs ut för att undvika
skärskador från vajern.
Wind out the wire by using the remote. Hold the hook instead of the wire to prevent cuts.
Behöver riktningen ändras flytta om kranen eller maskinen.
Förbjudet att använda t.ex. träd eller stenar för riktningsändring av wiren.
If you need to change the angle – move the crane, or the machine. It’s forbidden to use
trees or stones to change direction on the wire.
Använd vid behov och vid vinschning i lutande terräng kranen som ett extra stöd genom
att ställa ner gripen på backen.
Use the crane as a support by placing the grapple on the ground, this to prevent rolling
over when operating in a sloping surface.
Se alltid till att vajern går fri från grindens överdel och vagnens stöttor.
Always make sure that the wire runs free from the top of the grating or the load pins.
Vinscha in lasten tills kranen når den.
Winch the load until you can reach it with the crane.
Kör ut vajern något innan kroken lossas från lasten.
Release the tension of the wire before unhooking it from the load.
Vid avslutad vinschning kör in vajern helt och häng upp kroken.
When finished winching, rewind the wire and secure the hook.

7 Underhåll
Manitenance
7.1
Allmänt
General
Regelbundet och korrekt underhåll är en grundförutsättning för att garantin ska gälla.
Regular and proper maintenance is a basic requirement for maintain the warranty.
Vid allt service- och reparationsarbete skall:
Before service or reparation work must:
 Maskinen vara avstängd och maskinens huvudströmbrytare frånslagen.
The machine and the main power swich turned off.
 Maskinens hydraulsystem skall vara tryckavlastat.
The hydraulic system relieved.
 Kran och maskinen vara parkerad i ett läge där inga delar kan komma i ofrivillig rörelse.
Crane and machine parked in such a way where no parts can start move unintentional.
 Personlig skyddsutrustning användas där sådant bedöms nödvändigt.
Personal protection be used if it’s necessary.
Rengör vinschen regelbundet.
Clean the winch regulary.
Se till att känsliga delar som t.ex. elektronisk utrustning, skyddas mot fukt.
Make sure all sensitive parts, such as electronics – are protected against moisture.
Spola aldrig direkt mot kabelgenomföringar och elektrisk utrustning med högtryckstvätt.
Never spray directly at cables and electric equipment with a pressure washer.
Reparation av elektriska komponenter skall utföras på en torr plats.
Repairing of electric components must be performed in dry conditions.
Efter service- eller reparationsarbete:
After service or reparation work:
 Provkör vinschen med fjärrkontrollen och kontrollera att alla rörelser stämmer med
angivet reglagemönster.
Test run the winch with the remote - control winch movements versus remote control
bottoms.
 Kontrollera att inga slangar sträcks för hårt, kläms eller skaver mot vassa kanter och dylikt.
Make sure hoses are fitted properly.
 Kontrollera alla slang- och rörkopplingar efter 5 timmars körning. Efterdra vid behov.
Control hoses and couplings after 5 hours of driving. Tighten if needed.
Om någon funktion inte fungerar som avsett, kontakta din återförsäljare.
If a function not works as meant, contact your dealer.

Veckovis underhåll:
Weekly:
 Kontrollera att vajern inte har några skador som kan leda till vajerbrott.
Check the wire for defects that can lead to breaking.
 Kontrollera att låskroken inte har skador som kan leda till haveri.
Check the hook for defects that can lead to breaking.
 Kontrollera alla skruvförband, även brytblockets. Efterdra vid behov.
Check all bolts. Tighten if needed.
 Kontrollera att inga skador finns på hydraulslangar eller elkablar. Byt vid behov.
Check hoses and cables for defects. Replace if needed.
 Kontrollera att inget oljeläckage runt hydraulmotorn förekommer.
Make sure there’s no leakage around the hydraulic motor.
