Please convert bio-degradable waste into manure by
using ‘Daily Dump’.
Then pot can be emptied into an open surface after spreading some
old newspaper and allow it to dry in the sun till it becomes crisp. Break
the black solid pieces into smaller particles, which can be used as organic manure for your garden. The empty pot can be re-used.
DAILY DUMP OPERATING MANUAL
Quality of the organic manure so prepared can be increased by sprinkling cowdung powder and/or cocopith into the pot occasionally.
Bio-degradable kitchen waste, paper bits, leaves, flowers etc. can be
converted into solid organic fertilizer for your plants or can be sold to
the needy.
Keep the unit in a corner of your work area of the kitchen or in any
other open space safely to avoid breakage or attack by dogs or cats. The
container on which the pot rests may collect some water leaked from the
dumped waste. It may dry up automatically, or can be diluted with
water for use as liquid manure for your plants or can be flushed out.
The netted holes and the lid prevent flies from entering the pot. The
neem cake powder keeps the contents insect-free. The lemon grass
flavoured water spray prevents any foul smell from the pot.
The unit consists of:
1. A wide-mouthed mud pot with a hole at the
bottom and nine holes on its upper slope. The upper holes
are sealed with mosquito net from inside.
2. A container on which the pot rests.
3. A lid that can close the pot mouth.
4. Neem cake powder, and
5. A hand sprayer containing water flavoured with
lemon grass oil.
How to use:
Price ` 590/Keep the pot on the container and start dumping the
bio-degradable waste every day. Keep the pot closed with the lid.
Sprinkle the neem cake powder once in two or three days over the contents in the pot. Also spray occasionally the flavoured water into the
pot and keep the pot always closed. Shake up the contents of the pot
