Sartorius AG, parent company of the below
mentioned companies, hereby confirms its
management system introduced and
officially implements it together with all
documents resulting from this system.





Our management system meets at least the
requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, and
includes the following listed company sites
with integrated systems, such as those
covering occupational safety according to
OHSAS 18001 and environmental
protection in compliance

materials and human resources needed for
the implementation and continuous
improvement of this management system.

Organizational Structure of Sartorius
Sartorius is consistently organized
worldwide by function and is controlled
through its core operating functions
including Quality Management,
Environmental Management etc.
Responsibility for these functions in
the higher tiers of management is

assigned at the global level and hence
spans all sites and regions.
The Executive Board has appointed
globally responsible quality,
environmental and occupational safety
management representatives who have
the authority to issue instructions to all
employees concerning all matters
involving our quality and environmental
management system.

services all along our customers’ process chain.

Global Quality Guideline (GQG)
worldwide valid operating procedures in English language
which specify general requirements of the quality systems. The
respective sites have to implement these requirements into
their own systems.

Crossfunctional Operating procedures valid for one or several
Group sites
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Operating procedures (work instructions), which describe how to
perform a certain activity, may be valid at equal work stations at
one or several Group sites
This manual and instructions (GOPs, LOPs) are available on the Intranet and Business Process Database for all employees. Administration and
management of detailed operating procedures (SOPs) are centrally archived on the SOP portal. An allocation matrix shows employees which
operating procedures are valid for their company.
