Procedure 1. Enter the catalogue number and verify the product description is correct. 2. Enter the manufacturer invoice cost for the component into the calculator. Available to all orthotic facilities. ### Orthotic Repairs 1. Total cost of all repairs per device per two year period not to exceed 50% of the cost of a replacement orthotic device. 2. Total cost of repair to a component is not to exceed 50% of the AADL maximum contribution for that component. 3. Repairs over $800 contact AADL for prior approval 4. If a new device is prescribed within 3 months of a major repair ($800.00), 50% of the cost of the repair will be deducted from the initial procedure on the cost of the new device. 5. Repairs or maintenance to knee orthosis must be authorized and invoiced under O616. 6.
